After Demi left, Javier stayed over for a while to talk about everything that's been going on since we couldn't get in touch over these past couple of days, which is still kind of strange to me since we're always talking.

I don't know if it's because we're twins, siblings, or just how long we've been in each other's lives, but his stories were not addin up at all. I kept addressin everything I felt the need to address but he kept changin the subject as if he didn't even hear me askin about them. I truly feel as if somethin is wrong and it's makin me mad that he won't talk to me about it.

Me, of all people. The understanding one. I guess whatever it is he truly doesn't want me to know, but trust me I'm not gonna let it go. I'm gonna get the truth out of him even if its the last thing he has to tell me.

Y'all probably think I'm overreactin but I don't care. This is my brother, my twin, literally my other half so if somethin really is wrong with him and he's upset about somethin and not tellin me ima be upset t-

"Wassup ma." Ava walked in my room, interruptin me from my thoughts.

"Hey baby, how was your day."

"It was aight, nothin serious."

After standing on the bottom of the bed, she leaned over and placed a kiss on my cheek. Takin her booksack off and standing in the bed, she got ready to sling it off the bed but I stopped her.

"No ma'am."

"What?"

"Go put your stuff in your room."

"Alright." She put the strap back over her shoulder. "Oh yea I got a project too."

"On what?" I asked turnin the volume down on the tv.

"It's a project about me."

"Let me see the paper."

She sat down, taking her booksack off again, and got her folder out. After flippin through the many papers in her folder, she finally took it out and handed it to me.

It said she had to do a project with all facts about her from her life. She has to have all her favorites and what she likes to do on there as well as pictures of her, but as I kept readin I noticed they said she had to have it on a poster board.

"You got your poster?" I asked lookin up at her.

"No."

"Why you ain't ask August to bring you to the store when he went to go get you?"

She shrugged her shoulders as she took out her blow pop and unwrapped it. She's so unbothered by everything until its somethin she actually cares or wants to talk about.
