"Hello?" I bought the phone to my ear after seeing it was from Justyce's school.

"Hi, Ms. Jinsui?"

"Yes?"

"I'm calling to let you know that Justyce is here in the nurse's office and she's running a fever of 104.3. Would you be able to come pick her up?"

"Yeah I'm on my way."

Before she can answer, I hung up the phone.

"Everything good?" My dad asked.

I had finished up my shoot about 20 minutes ago and I came to chill with my dad before I had to leave, and it turns out I'm leaving earlier than I expected to.

"Yeah, the school just called and said Justyce has a fever and needs me to go get her."

"Well go head and get her." He said getting up, as I did the same. "You have some medicine at the house for her to take?"

"Yeah."

"Alright then baby call me later."

"Will do."

I gave him a hug and grabbed my things, heading out the door. Once I got in the car, I put my purse in the passenger's seat and unlocked my phone.

I called Juan and put it on speaker, waiting for him to answer. While doing so, I started the car and drove off towards Justyce's school. He didn't answer so I hung up and sent him a text instead, letting him know that I was going to get Justyce from school.

Once I got to the school I parked the car and walked inside. I had to sign in, so I did so before walking in into the nurse's office.

"Good to see you Ms. Jinsui. Justyce is over there sleeping." She pointed to the sofa in the corner of the office.

I walked over there and began to wake her up. Once she did, she just looked at me and leaned forward to lay her head on my leg.

"Just to inform you, before you got here she's been having some respiratory issues so make sure she sleeps on her back if she falls asleep again." She said. "And since she has a severe fever, if it remains for longer than 2 or 3 days after taking medicine, I advice you to bing her to the ER."

"Okay, Thank you so much."

"No problem."

I looked down at her, careful not to make her fall if I moved, and made sure she was woke.

"Come on baby."

"We leaving?" She got up and looked at me.

"Yeah you sick you can't stay at school."

"Okay."

I grabbed her hand and her book bag from on side of her, and we walked out of the nurses office.
