Chapter Six: "Party Girl (Part Two)"
Sunday
I WOKE UP WITH a puffy face and blurry eyes. My body was in pain, and I was cold. I felt weird and dizzy. There was a smell of beer and cologne in the air. What the hell happened? My sight started to clear up as an agonizing sharp pain derived in my head. I continued to feel a breeze.
As I pop my back, I let out a moan. I could barely feel my legs. My eyes catch sight of the ceiling. All that I could focus on was the fan, which kept spinning. I hadn't even realized that it wasn't familiar until I heard a groan.
My stomach dropped. The noise wasn't coming from me, and from how deep it sounded, it definitely wasn't Perri either.
I was so cold, and I now knew why. I was naked. Compeletely naked and only a small part of my body was covered with the blanket.
I roll over.
"God no," I beg. It was Grayson, and if I had slept with him...that meant that we were at his house. Even worse, that meant that Ethan was here.
I panick. I had to get out of here before anyone saw anything. It was nine in the morning according to the clock on the dresser. I had to get home quick. I got out of the bed, taking the cover with me.
I turned as I revealed Grayson's naked body. This couldn't be. I didn't sleep with him. Even though we were both naked and my body was throbbing. We couldn'tve slept together. I had to admit he looked pretty good naked though.
I put the cover back on him and slide back on my clothes from the night before. I was going to stop by Perri's before I went home, only so that I could change clothes. I had to make it look like I stayed the night there or else Mom would freak.
"Shit!" I curse. I didn't have a ride. Perri was probably too hungover to drive. Hangovers were absolutely terrible on her. She suffered for days from headaches.
I had no choice but to wake up Grayson. That or I could find Ethan and explain to him why I'm in his house wearing beer scented clothes from the night before.
I crawl on the bed next to Gray. He looked peaceful, but I think everyone looks that way when they're asleep. The muscles in his back bulged. I ran my fingers across them. I had already slept with him, so what was a little touching?
He was so tense when he was awake. It was like his eyes were so daring and demanding. He probably had no problem getting what he wanted. I guess last night proved that theory.
"Grayson," I call, shaking him. "Grayson."
He groans and rubs his eyes. Without warning, he turns over and stretches before looking up at me.
We stay silent for a while as we stare at each other. He analyzes everything before him, and I wait for a reaction.
"Well I guess you're not a virgin anymore," he whispers before laughing.
I couldn't find myself to be angry with him. He was extremely sexy, and I couldn't hate him anymore.
"Melanie's going to kill us," I whisper back.
He leans up. I was on top of him, my thighs on the side of his hips. He places his left hand on my right one. I didn't think much of it. I couldn't think about anything really. Okay, I thought a lot about it. I couldn't help but to, but that wasn't what was important. I was more worried about my sister.
"Mel's not going to find out, so don't worry about her, " Gray assures me as he speaks softly. "Now I would kiss you, but beer and morning breath don't mix so..."
