Flitz pov

I stirred to the sound of the thunder waking me up. I looked out the window and the day looked as if it were telling to stay home because the world is too dangerous to go out into. 

I closed the curtain and glanced at my alarm clock. The clock read 8:00  am. I had an hour before I had to get up and go to work so I rolled back over in bed and tried to fall back asleep. No such luck. Seeing that since I couldn't go back to sleep I used this time to take the initiative to get ready early. An hour went by and I walked out the door and got in my car. 

I saw the house was a mess from the party that went on yesterday. I am so glad Sohinki called and gave me an excuse to get out of that house. one good thing did come from the party. Catherine was the only thing I couldn't get my mind off of this morning. I remember seeing those piercing green eyes. I actually thought maybe just maybe love at first sight existed. 

While my mind trailed off thinking about her I had a really loud clap of thunder bring me back to attention. I drove through the fearsome storm like a pirate sailing through a hurricane. Finally I made it to the office and there aren't many cars here yet so I must be really early. I put my car in park and turned it off. I locked my doors and walked up to the office room of Smosh games. down the hall from our office room is the Smosh squad office room. so far I am the only Smosh games member here but a few of the Smosh squad people were in their office. 

since I am early I sit at my desk and work on some lyrics for an album I was thinking about releasing. I worked for about an hour and a half then the Smosh games crew arrived. Minus sohinki. Yesterday he told us he was leaving Smosh games and going to work with toaster ghost. I will admit that it does suck because he is my friend and I will miss working with him. We already don't have Anthony anymore and lasercorn. so the only ones left that work here is me, Bose, Mari, Wes, Joven and Damien.

I shake off that feeling of sadness and wave to my fellow co workers "good morning everyone"

they all smile and exchange good mornings to each other. It felt weird without Joven here as well. I know he's recovering from the gunshot wounds but still I wish he were here  today. 

We all chatted about how terrible the weather was today and the  day went by quickly. At about 4 pm our phones and stuff started lighting up and going haywire. It was like every person on earth was trying to get in contact with us all at once. We looked at our phones and my eyes lit up! Joven and Lasercorn sent us a screen shot in our chat group and I felt my heart breaking. It was a Facebook post from a Catherine Banks "Dear everyone, Yesterday I was at a party with Flitz from Smosh games. I was sitting on the couch just trying to chill and listen to music when I was approached by him. He told me to follow him because he had something he wanted to show me. I was a big fan of him so of course I didn't question it. I followed him and he took me to his room. when I got inside he blocked the door way so I couldn't get out. then when I asked him what he was doing he began to fondle me and tell me to just enjoy it like a woman should. I told him no multiple times but he just grabbed my arms and pinned them against the wall. he said no you aren't doing that to me, that's not how this is going down. he then forced my pants off and raped me"

I felt shattered. That's not how that went down at all. I even asked her if she was sure she wanted to have sex. I can't believe this. why would she do this to me. Everyone just kind of looked at me. I look back at my friends not sure what they were thinking. I told them "that is not how that went down at all guys ! I promise you I would never do that to anyone"

thankfully they gave me supportive smiles and Mari said "Don't worry we know that you would never do that to anyone. but you need to call this girl"

I nodded and grabbed my phone. I dialed the number she gave me  yesterday and waited while it rang. she picked up "well well well, If it isn't the rapist What do you want ?"

I  asked while giving her attitude "Why are you saying that about me ? you know damn well that didn't happen. I even asked you if you wanted to have sex and you told me yes !"

She snarled over the phone "Because you have money and I want every penny"

I growled back "you are a horrible person. well What I will do with this money is get a better lawyer than yours"

she laughed "don't count on it"

she then hung up. Just then Ian bolted into the office and yelled to us "Smosh meeting in the big conference room now!"

we followed him just then and gathered into the mega sized room. every Smosh person who works here sits in the room. It is awkward and silent and all eyes are on me. I took a seat next to Mari and she smiled to get me to be less nervous. I sighed and Ian addressed me "Ok so there is a Facebook post and It makes a big accusation. We want to back you up because we are all friends and support you but you need to explain to us what actually happened"

I nodded and closed my eyes. I took a breathe began speaking "so I was in my room working on some music and this girl came in. when I questioned why she was in my room she said that she thought it was empty and then she began to leave. She looked as if she was having a bad day so I told her if she needed a  minute to stay and catch her breathe away from the party that would be fine. she stayed and we started talking about everything. she admitted that she knew who I was and she told me her name which is Catherine Banks. we talked a lot. Eventually we got a little too close and ended up having sex. I specifically asked her if she were sure and she said yes"

Everyone just kind of looked shocked. I continued "when I saw the post a few seconds ago I called her and she said the reason she lied was to sue me for all of my money. I told her that I would use my money to get a better lawyer to prove she was lying. she then hung up"

Courtney said something sour "your story sounds like bullshit"

I looked at her offended "Courtney we are friends. we have been for many years and you think I would do something like that to someone"

She squinted her eyes at me "I do. I think you're the type of guy to take what you want and not give a damn"

I couldn't believe the words coming out of her mouth. Boze jumped down Courtney's throat "how dare you ! you know as well as I do that Flitz isn't that kind of guy"

Courtney rolled her eyes and looked at her phone "well even if he isn't guilty it doesn't matter because Smosh is getting the back lash. Look I already have 100 people tweeting me and telling me that they aren't going to watch anything that has to do with Smosh until Flitz is fired"

I felt even more hurt. those that call themselves fans are turning on me. everyone started checking their social medias. Mari said "oh my god I have over 3000 Comments of people telling me that they are going to unsubscribe to Smosh if flitz isn't getting fired"

Keith said "yeah same for My Facebook Page. that is crazy !"

I put my head down so I could think. my friends are being targeted because of Catherine. this community that I have worked so hard on with my friends is being torn down be cause of this girl. I don't want that to happen. I think I know what I must do. I looked up at everyone "look. I deny any allegations. You all know who I am and know I wouldn't do that but now because of this woman you are all having to suffer. I will go solo. I Quit. I will work with my lawyers to disprove this girl then hopefully you guys will accept me back when this is all over. I love each and everyone of you"

I got out of my seat and left before someone could protest. I had tears streaming down my face as I exited....
