Lasercorns pov

We all looked in terror as we saw the man I called father get into a limo. Joven held my hand and comforts me. I look at my mother "I thought you said he died ?"

She sits down at the dinner table and puts her head in her hands "I thought he was dead. They were never able to find his body or the plane"

The next logical question comes to mind "does he know where you are ?"

She shakes her head "no but its only a matter of time till he tracks me down"

I walk over to kneel beside her and rub circles on her back. She tells me "you should probably keep your distance from me. I don't want him hurting you again"

Tears start comming down my face "no I'm not leaving you again. I can't. He could do something bad to you or Darcy"

Darcy finally stops being an emotional wreck "David don't be stupid. He's our father he loves our mother. He won't hurt her. But if he even assumes that your the son that ran away then he will be on you like white on rice. Mother and I can protect ourselves. Trust me its for the best"

I shake my head "no we don't know what he is capable of"

Darcy yells "trust me. Once he learns I am pregnant then he won't hurt us. Just go David. Live your life. That man loves you and you two are supposed to get married. Go !"

shes right. I look at Joven and he knows shes right to. I give her and mom a big hug. I wipe my eyes. My friends have already started to leave. That just left Wes, me and Joven. I grab his hand and walk out of my mothers huge manor.

We get in the car and I break down. I can't stop crying. I feel like the world is falling apart. I might never get to see my mom again. We just fixed things to. It feels like only yesterday that I went and visted her in her therapist office. Joven pulls me into a hug and doesn't let me go.

I say through sobs "I can't believe that bastard isn't dead ! Now I have to cut ties with my family again"

He holds me a little longer and I'm finally able to pull myself together I wipe my eyes "ok lets go babe"

He takes that que to pull off. We ride in quiet. Joven is holding my hand while his other controls the steering wheel. I crack a sarcastic joke "guess we really are cursed"

no one says anything. We get to the house and I run inside and go to mine and Joven's bed. I lay there and cry for hours. That monster is alive. And he ruined new years day for me.

Joven laid next to me just holding me. Feeling him next to me is making me feel alot better. I look over at Joven and stop crying finally "thank you for being here for me. You know I love you right"

He said with a soft tone "anything for you my love. I love you more than the entire universe"

He makes me smile for the first time in hours "I'm so glad I get to marry you jovie"....
