SCULPTED KONG

Kong was found loitering on the road without any aim, direction or thought.  He had completely lost his mind ( though temporarily)  and roamed for two days on the streets of Bangkok.  He did not feel either the cold, hunger nor  the thirst.  He was in his own world of appeasement and calmness.  After stabbing his uncle, the police was brought in by his nanny and the Suthilucks' were informed.  But the truth was cleanly swept away under the carpet by his uncle. Nanny was charged with untruth lies of theft and send off with a warning by the Suthilucks'.  Nanny felt humiliated and disgusted towards her employers.  She thought of giving her piece of mind, but refrained.  Since it was no use, because they were heartless.  The police was informed that Kong was mentally retarded had attacked many times when he had in one of his fits.   Uncle harped on that story followed by the Suthilucks'.   Kong's parents were happy to get rid of him.  But uncle had a burning urge in him to find and show that  leech what he would do once he was caught and brought back to him.  He searched for him everywhere but to no avail.  But he never lost his burning fire in his eyes to avenge that boy.

After running away from his home, Kong was found by his nanny near her home.  Kong knew where nanny lived.  And he unconsciously went to her house as he felt she was the only one who could take care of him.   Nanny was extremely happy and scared to have Kong in her house.  She feared for his safety both from the police and also from his uncle.   She thought of a plan.  She hurriedly left Bangkok and went to Chingmai where her brother was living   with his family.   Kong and nanny reached Chingmai and after much consultation and thought, Kong was admitted to nearby local school to complete his studies.  

Away from his Arthit, Kong became more aggressive, calm and deadly.  Gone was that scared, innocent and terrified slim and lean boy.  After joining the local school, he engrossed himself in studies and started topping the class.  He earned a good reputation of being a smart, intelligent and yet cold student.  As his grades were improved so was his body, he started going to a nearby gym class, where he learnt to do work cardio workouts, did push ups and lifts and concentrated on his diet.  He worked after school hours, did many odd jobs and helped his nanny.  He started to be very responsible and showed his gratitude to his nanny for helping him and caring for him as her own son.  He did everything for his nanny and her brother since he too was his saviour.

Kong still did not forget what he had done to his uncle but without any remorse, he thought that he had done the right thing by stabbing him.  He was upset for not  doing that earlier or still regretted to have just stabbed him and not killed.  But anyway, then he  had only one  aim in his life, for which he had started his running the goal to achieve it hard.  Two years had passed without any one disturbing Kong.  Nobody knew where he was and how he disappeared from Bangkok.  He passed his higher secondary with record breaking grades as he topped his school.  He was adjudged the most brilliant and intelligent student of the school.  When he left the school, his teachers and friends were very sad, for he was not going to continue his higher studies there, but   had decided to move back to Bangkok.  He decided to join SSU Engineering College, Bangkok, to study engineering much to negation of his nanny.  She was terrified with that  decision and she threw tantrums to stop Kong.  But Kong was determined.

Nanny saw a burning fire in his eyes and she felt uneasy,yet she could not do anything about it. Finally she gave in and let Kong to back to Bangkok.  She still had fear of Kong's uncle but then she had little bit of contentment seeing Kong's progress of his mind and body.

I VANISHED FROM KONG'S LIFE FOR A BRIEF TIME.  I KNEW HE DID NOT NEED ME AT THIS TIME OF HIS LIFE.  HE GOT ALL THE STRENGTH TO FIGHT BACK AND BE A SCULPTOR OF HIS OWN DESTINY.  YET I HAD NOT FORGIVEN WHAT HIS UNCLE HAD DONE TO HIM, WAITING FOR THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY I WOULD HAVE MY REVENGE ON HIM THROUGH KONG'S ARTHIT.
