Chapter Four

Chapter Four: || Mary

It's five in the morning and I'm here on set getting ready to shot. I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. I look in the mirror trying to wake myself up. Teo then walked into my dressing room with Starbucks in his hands.
"Here. I got you coffee." He said handing me a cup. "It's caramel. Hope you like it"
"How you know I like caramel?" I asked him taking a sip of the coffee.
"Lucky guess. Umm you didn't give me your number yesterday, so can I have it?" He ask awkwardly.
"Yea sure." I said, he gave me his phone and I typed in my number.
"Cool. I'll see you later than." He said leaving.
"Yea bye." I said and he left. Damn can he get any hotter. Oh my god, I can't think this way. No. Mary stay away from him, I don't think he's good news.

-later on-

I was done working for the day and I was on my way home.
"Hey Mary wait up." Teo said. Does this boy ever leave me alone.
"Hey." I said dryly and turned around and started walking.
"What's wrong?" He ask.
"Nothing." I said giving him a smile.
"Okay. Um would you like to come with me to the beach tomorrow?" He ask smiling hoping I would say yes. Wait hold up is he asking out out on a date?
"Are you asking me on a date?" I ask.
"If you would like to call it that." He said biting his lip. Okay he's flirting. Even though I like his flirting I can't date him. I can't date anyone. I can't be that close to him. Oh no.
"I'll pass." I said and walking away.
"Wait..what? Why?" He ask disappointed and walking up to catch up to me.
"Because I have plans" I said quickly, I think he knows I'm lying, ugh I'm an actress for god sakes why is my lies being noticeable. He decides not to argue with me.
"Alright, see you next week then." He said, he looked sad and I felt bad.
"Next time" I said giving him hope that we would go out soon. He smiles and walks away. I can't let anyone in, I just can't. Especially someone like him.
