The next day went by and I went straight to Whitmore when I woke up. It was the bachelorette party tonight and Elena and Bonnie invited me. I helped Elena set it up, and by set it up, I mean I helped compel the owner of a restaurant to close early so we could have it all to ourselves.
The night came around and apparently Bonnie and Elena hired a lap dancer for Jo. He was dressed as a police officer and we told him to find her in the hospital.
We were all giggles the whole time. Elena convinced me to just take the time to have fun and forget about all the shit so I did my best. To be honest though I really wanted to ask about my magic red hands and supposed siphoner status. We got into the room just as the stripper guy was stripped.
I heard Jo trying to tell him no but we all followed after. "Surprise!" We yelled as we came in. Elena threw glitter and Bonnie started swinging his glow up baton. I gave Jo a tiara and a sash that said bride to be.
"Happy Bachelorette!" Elena and I announced at the same time as the music played in the hospital room.
"Happy Bachelorette!" Bonnie added as we all laughed. Jo started to get into it and we were having a great time.
Eventually the stripper was done and we headed to the dinner. Jo was amazed and grateful. "I can't believe we have a whole diner. This is actual heaven."
"If Caroline were here it would be a spa day." Elena spoke stuffing her face.
"Now she's MIA. Has she tried to talk to you?" Bonnie asked looking to me.
"She hooked up with my boyfriend. She won't come to me." I grumbled sipping a milkshake.
"It's understandable why she'd leave. You know considering." Jo replied as she ate some food.
"I just decided stuffing our faces was a close second." Elena explained.
"You're geniuses." Jo moaned lightly before eating a fry.
"Except, aren't you vegetarian?" Bonnie asked looking to Jo who looked at her quickly.
"Bonnie don't ruin it." Elena commented sipping her drink.
"Im just saying that's not exactly a garden burger." Bonnie mumbled as she ate a fry.
"The baby is not okay with the no meat thing. Besides it's my party and I'll eat what I want to." She responded picking up her shake. "I do wish this was vodka though."
"Right?" Elena agreed.
"Definitely." I added with a sigh.
"Hey I don't want to know what Ric's doing do I?" Jo asked looking at all of us and then to me.
"Even I opted out of knowing." I replied. I could only imagine what Damon planned. It was probably much more extravagant than what we put together.
"Oh come on. They're probably at the movies." Bonnie shrugged.
"Or mini golf." Elena added obviously lying.
"Yeah mhmm. I need ketchup." Jo stood up and walked away.
"So, are we gonna talk about it?" Bonnie asked quietly scooching into Jo's seat to talk to Elena.
"What?" Elena asked confused.
"Seriously? You're gonna make your best friend have to pry it out of you?" Bonnie asked. Elena gave her a puzzled look. "I know about the cure, Elena."
"You do?" Elena asked loudly. "How is it even possible?" She asked in a whisper.
"Damon called me last night and he told me everything, including his insane plan to take it with you." Bonnie explained to her.
