As the days went on, we spent more and more time holding Annabelle. I was exponentially happier, and everyone else could definitely tell.
We were officially two months into this whole ordeal, but I could just tell it was going to be over soon. "You're such a natural already, beeg."
"Thank you, leetle." I smiled up at Beth, and she grinned as Ryan pulled her close. "I have a question for you two."
"Of course, love. Go ahead." Ryan smiled, and Tom pressed a kiss to my cheek.
"Are you two going to go public about your relationship?" Beth sighed gently. "Of course, it's completely your choice. I just want to know so that when I go back on social media, I don't mess up."
"I'm a little scared about it, honestly." Beth's voice was soft, and I nodded gently.
"Full disclosure? So was I." She raised an eyebrow, and I nodded.
"You were?" Tom looked at me, and I nodded.
"I know it didn't seem like it, but I was. You were a real celebrity heartthrob at that point."
"I still am!" Everyone chuckled at that, and I smiled.
"I know, but I was basically telling everyone that I was taking one of the world's most eligible bachelor's off the market. That's pretty intimidating." Beth took a deep breath, and as Ryan pressed a kiss to her cheek, Tom took Annabelle from my arms and I moved to sit next to her. "But I did."
"Do you think we should?" She looked up at me, and I gave her a smile.
"I think you should do whatever you two decide will make you happiest." I took her hand and squeezed it. "I'm going to support you no matter what, little."
"Thank you," Beth whispered, and I smiled. At that point, a nurse came over to our group.
"Are we ready for the test?" Tom nodded, gently laying her on the bed they were going to take her in.
As we were sitting in anticipation of the major test results, we started chatting. I had told the show's team that I was feeling a lot better physically, so we decided that I'd take maternity leave for a month and a half after we took Annabelle home to adjust to the new lifestyle before I went back to finish the rest of the season. Tom would spend the first three weeks on paternity leave as well before he went back to shoot the rest of his movie.
As we spoke about a wide range of topics, we completely lost track of time. Before I knew it, the doctor was coming back with Annabelle. When I noticed that all of her wires were gone, I looked up at the doctor excitedly. "I have some excellent news for you guys."
"Really?!" My voice was a soft whisper, and I could feel tears forming.
"Yes. You're free to take her home." I smiled widely as I took her in my arms, and the next thing I knew, we were carefully engulfed in a large group hug.
"You guys have been keeping the capsul in your car, right?" We all raised an eyebrow at our Aussie friend. "The, uh, thing she sits in in the car."
"The car seat...?" I looked at him questioningly, and he nodded.
"Yes, it's in the car." Tom answered with a chuckle, and Ryan smiled.
"Would you like me to go get it?"
"Thank you, Ry." I smiled as Tom handed him our keys, and he pulled me close as I pressed my lips to her forehead. "I can't believe it. We're going home." I whispered as a happy tear rolled down my cheek.
"We're going home, my darling." Tom repeated as he pressed a kiss to my cheek.
As we got her settled in her car seat, Tom pulled out his phone. "Do we wanna let the world know?"
I looked down at our baby girl, who had nodded off to sleep. "We do." I smiled, looking up at him.

As Tom put his phone down, I lifted the car seat and looked at him. "You ready?" I grinned softly, and he nodded. "Let's go."
As I got the car seat secured into the base in the car, I felt Tom wrap his arms around me from behind as he rested his head on my shoulder. "We're finally taking her home." His voice was soft, and I nodded gently as another tear slipped.
"We are. And I'm so fucking excited." I grinned gently, looking back at him as I pressed my lips to his. When we pulled away, he smiled widely.
"Let's get going, love. My mum said she'd bring Tessa by the apartment so she can meet her new sister." I nodded at that, shutting the door gently.
"Let me drive. You've driven there and back this whole time." He grinned as he handed me the keys, and soon we were off.
Once we walked into the apartment with Annabelle, I smiled widely. "Welcome home, baby girl." I grinned down at our now awake daughter, and I swore she smiled gently.
We put her in the little swing we had gotten for her, and she seemed to be enjoying herself. After a while, Tom's family came with Tessa so the boys could meet their niece. Tessa immediately laid down in front of the swing after giving Annabelle a once-over, and Tom and I smiled widely. "I'm so happy for you two." Nikki smiled, and I grinned as she blew us a kiss.
"I'm so glad that Annabelle looks more like you, Grace." Harry smiled, and Tom raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah, she'd be in for a rough life if she looked as ugly as Tom." I laughed at that, and Tom rolled his eyes.
"Screw off, you two." He laughed, and I smiled as I kissed his cheek.
"Don't worry, baby. I think you're super attractive." We pressed our lips together, and I heard the three Holland brothers simultaneously make a gagging sound. I chuckled as we pulled apart, and he grinned at me.
"I couldn't be happier." He whispered softly.
