Chapter 14

Destiny:

I was now driving De'Savon to the airport, I really didn't want him to go but he had to go.

"You going to be okay" he said

"Yeah ima be alright" I said in a sad tone

"Awww I'll be back before you know it Pooh" De'Savon said

He got out the car getting his bags out that back, I got out and gave him a tight hug.

"I'm going to miss you" I said
"Ima miss you too Pooh" he said
I watched him walk in and then I got in my car driving off.

3 days later

Its been really hard for me to sleep the last few nights I've been having to much on my mind, I got out the bed dragging my feet going to the bathroom to do my daily hygiene, when I was done I decided to call up my mom.

"Hey mama" I said when she answered the phone.

"Hey hunny, I was going to call you but I thought you would still be sleep.

"No I'm up, what are you doing today" I said

"Nothing, Why don't you come over I just made breakfast" She said

Things where how they used to be, me and my mama was in the kitchen eating we've been talking about everything that we both missed out on while I was in Texas.

"That don't make no sense how she was acting" my mom said talking about the situation that happened in between Jasmine and Kayla "well I'm glad you didn't the right thing" she said

"I know but it was hard because Jasmine been my friend for 5 years she was always there when I needed her, I just don't know what gotten into her or what made her flip like that" I said putting my plate in the sink

"Ik baby girl, but everything happens for a reason, sometimes when you think people are walking out your life it's really God removing them" my mom said

"I guess so, but I would have never thought this is they way me and Jasmine friendship would end" I said

"I know I liked Jasmine, but everything will work out in the end just pray about it " my mom said

"Your right" I said

"So, what's going on with you and De'Savon" my mom said smirking.

"Why does everyone thing we have something going on, we are just friends like we were back in the day" I said laughing.

My mom pocked her lips out at me " So you telling me all this time y'all spent together, y'all haven't did anything"

"Mama, No" I said laughing

"Well girl you crazy because if I was still younggggg, you just don't know" my mom said bending over trying to twerk"

"Alright na, you better stop for you break that back" I said laughing

"Girl I'm used to it, your dad dose that every night to me" she said looking over at my dad who had his attention on the Tv.

"Eewwww NO NO NO I don't wanna hear that" I said cover my ears

"What y'all girls In here talking about" my dad saying putting his arm around my neck
