Chapter 7

Destiny:

"I don't want you seeing that boy anymore he's no good and all he's going to do is bring bad things in your life, I can tell your changing and it's not good" my mom said as I walked in the house after curfew it was 5:00a.m

"You can't tell me what to do I'm 18, stop treating me like a little kid" I said walking to my room

"As long as your staying in my house you obey by my rules" my mom said following behind me

"Leave me alone mom I'm tired and I just wanna go to bed" I said

" who are you telling to leave you alone, did I get to tell you to leave me alone when I had to wake up in the middle of the night to change you diaper or feed you? No I didn't so as long as your in my house you going to listen to me!" She said screaming at me while I was sitting on my bed

"Look at you where did you get them short ass shorts from" she said looking me up I down "don't wear those again"

"Why are you worried about it I'm 18 I can wear what I wanna wear" I said

"Like I said my house! my rules" she said screaming

"You know what I can't take this no more I'm 18 and your still treating me like a kid, your house your rules right?" I said walking to my closet, "well how about I leave your house so I won't have to worry about these lame ass rules anymore" I said putting clothes in my suitcase

"We're do you think your going" she said as I started picking up my phone to call Chris

She grabbed me by my arm as my phone fell out me hand while she throw me back on the bed

"Your not leaving" she said as my dad rushed in my room "what's going on he said"

"She's trying to leave to go be with that boy" my mom said

"Hello hello, what's going on baby" Chris said through the phone

I grabbed me phone and ran towards the door

"I can't stay here no more I'm tired of these rules please come get me" I said

"I'm on the way" he said hanging up

"What's wrong baby girl what's this all about what's the problem my dad said walking towards me

"She's the problem" I said pointing to my mama

"You know what I'm not going to do this with you if you leave don't every think about coming back" she said screaming looking at me opening the front door, with her hands on her hips

I soon heard Chris outside honking his horn

"Bye mama" I said looking at my mom and dad for the last times walking towards Chris car.

I was soon broken out of my thoughts

"You good?" Jasmine said as we walked around the mall

"Yeah I'm okay" I said

Me and Jasmine was in the mall looking for swimming suits to wear so when we go to the beach

My phone started ringing
Who is this I wonder looking at the number

"Hello" I said answering my phone

"Hey baby girl this is your dad, how are you doing today" he said

"I'm okay I guess" I said

"Your mama agreed to meet up with you" he said

"We're at" I said
