My Boy (shyland)

Part 14

 I'm so excited. Me and Shane, on the road to the other side of Colorado. To collage. We're both studying film and directing, because we both want to go somewhere into film. Weather it's acting or directing. 

"Ry! Are you ready to go?" Shane yelled upstairs where I was grabbing my suitcase.

"Yeah, I'm coming!" I yelled down and took one last look at Shane's room, where i had been staying ever since my parents kicked me out.

I ran down the stairs, almost tripping on the suitcase i dragged behind me. 

"Ready to go?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said with a sigh.

"What's wrong baby?" He asked.

"Nothing, I'm just gonna miss this stupid town." I said with a small smile.

"Well, It's not like were not coming back." He said reassuringly.

We got into the car and put on some music. The sun was just coming up over the flat plains of the country side where Shane lived. The golden corn looked amazing in the sun's growing light. I looked over a Shane, who looked even more beautiful. I took his hand that was resting by his seat. He looked over and smiled. 

"Is that driver crazy?" He said looking ahead of us. The driver was driving on the wrong side of the road.

Shane beeped and signaled his hand as if to say that the guy was on the wrong side of the road. He didn't see Shane's hand signal and continued his driving. He started swerving from one side of the road to the other, not paying attention. 

"Shit." 

That was the last word i heard come out of Shane's mouth.

AHHHHHHHHHHH WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN?! What happened to Shane?
