hey guys as you know JYP open the second recruitment for 5th generation got7 membership so i joined the second period one. I have received my ticket number but I can't upgrade my fans.jype account it said not authenticated. i have read few help from amino apps and google or blogs yet i can't find the mistakes. yes i have make sure the name birth date is the exact same and i also use the same email for both jype account and melon. yet i still can't use my membership ;^;
so i read there is this further notification like the go signal to use your ticket number. is the second recruitment has already started? is it not yet started thats why i can't use my code? how do i know when it started? i thought it will start after the recruitment deadline end.
also another question is do you know when your package has been shipped? will they notify you through email or something? and if you are outside korea will they send it directly to your house or will you have to pick it up on the post office?
please help answer this. thank you very much >.<
