Assignment.

"Exams are coming up, pray for me." MJ said through the phone.

"God, good luck. When does second semester start?" I asked.

"2 weeks. Hey, did you see the video about that weirdo stopping a car?"

"What?"

"Hold on, let me send you it, it happened in Queens." A moment later she sent the link and I was taken to youtube, I played the 5-second video, some person was dressed up in... Pj's? But they managed to stop a car that had to be going over 60 kilometers.

"That's strange..." I wondered if Tony knows about this? I mean not every day do you find someone who can stop a moving car with their bare hands.

"I know, everyone's talking about it, the new superhero of Queens, calling him spider-man."

"I mean, where did he come from all of a sudden?" I wondered out loud.

"I just want to know who designed that costume." She laughed.

"Well, I gotta go, uncles, calling. I'll text you later." We said our goodbyes and I went down to find Tony, I didn't know if he already knew about the new 'superhero', or if it was even necessary for him to know but I sought him out anyways.

"what are you guys doing?" I asked Sam and Tony, glass doors sliding open as I approached.

"Making a bet, guessing on what it'll take for Steve to leave the gym, the electricity going off, or an attack on the facility. What do you think?"

"Definitely the electricity, cant be doing situps in the dark." I joked.

"Hah, I win." Tony high fived me.

"Whatever," Sam grumbled and walked away.

"Anyways, I have something to show you," I said to Tony.

"Whats up?"

"Well, apparently there's a new 'superhero' in Queens." I pulled out my phone and showed him the video.

"What's with the getup?" He snorted.

"I dunno, everyone's calling him spiderman."

"How'd you find out?" He asked.

"MJ, my friend from school."

"Oh, right."

"So, do you need to find out who it is?" I asked.

"It's not really relevant to me, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to have more info." He shrugged.

"Why..." He added.

"Nothing, just uh, thought you should now." I nervously toyed with the ring on my finger.

"Okaayyyy... Is that all?" He gave me a suspicious look.

"I was also th-thinking... that uhm, that I could find out who it is, like an undercover mission or something..." I said. He gave me a confused look that read 'Uhm, what?'

"You were talking about putting me in a real life solo mission before I joined everyone the other day, to test me or whatever. Remember?" I asked hopefull.

"I'll think about it. This guy could be dangerous for all we know," He said and walked off. That went so much better than I thought, he didn't flat out say no like I expected. Who knows, maybe he'll actually consider it. If I did get assigned to do this, it would mean going back to Queens, which means school, Rosa, Lorenzo, and MJ! Plus it seemed like a simple mission, the guy had a pretty basic costume, it didn't look difficult to find out whos behind the mask.
