SO I'M GONNA START PLAYING D&D THIS MONDAY IN MY SCHOOL'S CLUB, AND I'M EXCITED BUT ALSO SCAREDI made a character but I hated how she was (a hollow shell basically) so I erased everything and made a new character. I feel pretty meh about him to but hey, at least he has a backstory.
His name is Cass because I'm an unoriginal piece of shit, and he's a Drow/Dark Elf. My teacher told me that in Drow societies women "made men their bitch" (yes, he used this wording) so I thought "hey, why not make a male character who's tired of being women's bitch?" And boom, his backstory was born.
So he leaves and starts living as a thief in the surface, but like thievery isn't exactly a reliable source of income. Specially if you're just getting the hang of how this society works. And so he joins the adventure party cuz he needs money.
Is that even a thing in D&D? Joining an adventure for money? Idk.
And my dear friend came up with the idea that he would have trust issues toward women. Because angst.
SO YEAH, I'M EXCITED TO PLAY
BUT ALSO ANXIOUS
IT'S WEIRD, I ACTUALLY WANT IT TO BE MONDAY ALREADY WHAT
