"I don't know Katie, it's just-"
"Not the same?"
"Yeah." Simone sighs as she wraps her hands around the warm mug.
Lately Simone and Tyler have been more distant than usual. From week long road trips to busy work days, Simone and Tyler got about one hour a day with each other.
"I mean, I barely see him anymore, and the time we do get together we usually argue or have sex, which I don't think is exactly healthy." Simone sighs as she fumbles with her fingers.
"I feel you, when Jamie and I first started dating I found myself missing him a lot too." Katie says trying to relate to her friend.
"That's the thing, I'm not missing him anymore." Simone breaths out and tears begin to tests her eyes.
"Oh."
"Yeah." Simone mumbles with a slight head nod.
"Simone, what's happening?" Katie questions her friend, placing an affectionate hand onto Simone's.
"I don't think I love Tyler anymore."

Going home was something Simone was always excited about. Wether it was going home after a long day of work, or coming home after a small grocery run, Simone would always be ready for home.
