I was wearing a hoodie and sitting in the back seat of the car. The guy who cut me was driving, and Damian was in the passenger seat, looking like he was in a good mood.
He was going to be the president of the Sato Company. I didn't know how to feel.I noticed a car parked in front of us. It wasn't Khian's. My heart pounded like a drum, and I was filled with anxiety. What if he's planning to sell me to a stranger
Damian got out of the car, and a man in an office suit with a briefcase stepped out from the car in front of us. Damian quickly opened the back door and pulled me out. He dragged me towards the other car.
"I was shivering when I saw Damian with a gun. He smiled at the man in front of us. The man was speechless, his gaze fixed on me as if he couldn't believe I was there."
"Presenting, the lost princess of the Sato," Damian said with a smile.
"Let her go. I have the documents. You're now the president of Sato Inc.," the man said firmly.
Damian laughed. "Give me the briefcase, Yoshiro!" he yelled.
The man stepped forward. "I will, just give me back my daughter!" he said.
"In a count of three..." Damian warned.
When I heard them reach three, Mr. Sato quickly pulled me to him, while Damian held onto the briefcase.
Damian laughed. "You know, Yoshiro, it's not just your position I want."
"Your death is my happiness," Damian declared with a sinister grin.
Suddenly, the gun was aimed directly at Mr. Sato. Just as Damian was about to pull the trigger, he was shot on the arm. The weapon jerked, and the shot went off, hitting Mr. Sato in the leg.
"Mr. Sato!" I exclaimed.
"Hold on!" I shouted, moving to help him. But before I could reach him, Damian dragged me away.
"Jessaine!" Mr. Sato yelled.
I struggled to get free, but Damian slapped me across the face again.
"I'll kill you, Damian! I'll kill you!" I heard Mr. Sato yell.
Bullets were flying towards us. Damian dragged me and shoved me into the backseat of the car.
The driver sped away immediately. I tried to fight back, but Damian pointed a gun at me.
"You bitch!" he roared. Pointing the gun at me.
"Kill me if you can! Just kill me" I said looking at him.
He was about to speak when a bullet went flying towards our car. I quickly ducked and glanced out the window.
A familiar car and a group of motorcycles were rushing towards us.
"The son of a—" The glass shattered as a bullet struck the window.
A motorcycle caught up to us, and I saw the rider through my window. He lifted the visor of his helmet.
"Jaycee!" I exclaimed happy to see him.
He sighed in relief, signaled someone, and noticed Damian aiming his gun at him.
I quickly reached to adjust his seat and pushed him aside. He pulled the trigger at the front window. The car spun violently on the road, throwing me from side to side. My head slammed against the interior, and I grabbed onto anything I could.
The car kept spinning, with a violent jolt, my body was thrown forward as the car collided with a tree.
My vision started to blur, and I could faintly hear motorcycles approaching in the distance. I slowly stood up and saw blood on my hands. The driver was dead, his body covered in shattered glass.
