Chapter Twenty.

Lauren's POV

"Lauren! You almost killed that child!" Luke said to me as we got into the car.

"That 'child' was as big as I was, okay? And that is the first time I've ever gotten enough tickets for the big tiger! He ruined my dreams, Luke." I said and Luke rolled his eyes at me.

"I will go buy you a big stuffed animal tiger." he said and I shook my head.

"It's not the same." I said and sighed.

"You gave a ten year old a black eye." Luke said as he started the car.

"He hit me first!"

"He tapped on your shoulder!" Luke yelled.

"That's what it might've looked like, but it hurt me inside, okay? I needed that tiger." I said and looked out the window. "Isn't that Ricky's car?" I asked Luke, looking at a car parked on the side of the road.

"Uh, yeah, I thi-" Before he could finish what he was saying, I opened the door and jumped out of the car.

Holy shit, I just jumped out of a movie car! Yes! That is what I'm talking about! Dauntless iniation here I fugging come.

"Lauren!" I heard Luke scream. I ran to Ricky's car and he was sitting in the driver's seat, looking down at his phone. I saw that it was on my Contact Info. His hand was hovering over the small phone, that you pressed to call someone. I knocked on his window, quietly and his eyes shot up to meet mine. He rolled his window down, and just stared at me.

"Lauren, what are you doing here?" he asked me and I looked around. Luke's car crossed the road and parked behind Ricky's car.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him and he sighed. "I'm with Luke..." I said.

"Why?" he asked me and Luke got out of his car. He walked over to me and leaned against Ricky's car. "Did you know Louis called me?"

"No... I didn't know that. Why did he call you?" I asked him and he sighed.

"To find out what's happening here that he doesn't know about." Ricky said and got out of his car. "So, Luke, did you tip him off?" Ricky asked Luke, his voice cold.

"What? Why would I d-" Ricky's fist connected with Luke's jaw and I gasped. "What the hell?!"

"Ricky, what are you doing?"

"Luke told Louis something happened between us." Ricky said, looking at me.

"No, I didn't." Luke said, rubbing the bottom half of his face.

"Would you chill out? I was acting weird when Louis called me earlier, that's why he called you." I said and Ricky shook his head.

"Lauren, he knows." Ricky said and I looked at him.

"Did he tell you he did?"

"No..." Ricky said, and I was about to say something when I was cut off. "I told him."

"I still can't believe you broke that." I said to Jack and he rolled his eyes.

"I didn't break it, you did." he said and I rolled my eyes.

"No."

"Yes."

"No!"

"Yes!"

"You made me throw the remote!" I said and he shook his head.
