A/N: After seeing the new Aladdin movie with my bff, I was reminded of the nostalgia I had for the animated movie. Hopefully, this will give you hope and remind you of a whole new world the first and new Aladdin showed us. If you want a part 2, please comment and vote!
Prompt: Peter, deciding he wasn't good enough for (Y/n), instead becomes Spider-Man to give (Y/n) the whole new world she deserves

"Hey! It's Peter. Peter Parker. Leave a message after the beep," Peter's cheerful voicemail rang out of the phone, soon followed by the familiar noise as (Y/n) held her phone nervously closer to her ear.
"Hey, Pete. It's... (Y/n). Again. I hope everything's okay. I-I wanted to say that I..." (Y/n) started shakily, rubbing her eyes nervously and fidgeting in her uncomfortable spot as she tried to figure out what to say.
"I, um, I really miss you, Pete. I want to talk to you. So, I'm here whenever you need to vent... or anything," (Y/n) pleaded, trying not to let her emotions control the statements she was delivering to her best friend.
Peter, on the other side of the line, sighed tiredly as he listened to (Y/n)'s third voicemail as she attempted to call him several times over the past few days. Peter rubbed the bags under his eyes as he held his breath, listening to his best friend pour her heart out unnecessarily over him.
"I'm sorry Peter, but this is so freaking frustrating. I'm really trying here. I'm sorry if I did anything to hurt you or push you away," (Y/n)'s voice cracked with the emotions deep within her soul, crying out in pain because of Peter's coldness during and after school. (Y/n) caught her breath, trying to muster out some final words with her bit of dignity left.
"I'll... I hope you figure things out. I miss my friend. I'll—see you at school, Peter," (Y/n) bit her lip in frustration as warm tears rolled down her face, quickly hanging up the phone before she spoke for a second longer.
Peter groaned loudly, dropping his phone dramatically on his desk and flopping himself on his bed lazily. He looked up at the ceiling, pondering what to do about his above-average complicated teen life. His thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the soft knocks from the outside of his bedroom door. Opening the teen's room ajar, Aunt May emerged with a casual grin, attempting to hide her concern for her nephew.
"Hey, kiddo. You hungry?" Aunt May asked warmly, trying to begin a casual conversation with her nephew without stressing him out on the situation she would like to discuss.
"Not really," Peter lied tiredly, attempting to put on a brave face for his aunt who had already been through so much over the past year. Peter had been overwhelmed by juggling school work, superhero duties, and teen troubles, which was difficult to discuss with his aunt or others he cared about.
(Y/n), his best friend, allowed him to escape the pressures of doing well in school or being a successful hero, instead of allowing him to just be Peter Parker.
Unfortunately, she was one of the recent people Peter had decided to push away due to the self-doubt creeping in his mind about never being good enough as Peter Parker. After all, he couldn't save his uncle or maintain his perfect grades, or even gain the confidence to properly ask (Y/n) out after years of his feelings developing.
"Well, food is ready if you wanna eat later. And... I want to let you know that (Y/n) texted me again. About you. And I think she deserves a text at least, Peter. She seems really worried about you," Aunt May sighed as she placed herself next to her nephew on his twin bed.
