Chapter Nine

KELLY’S P.O.V

 

I opened my eyes and Michael had stopped playing with my hair. I was resting my arm on his chest and using his forearm as a pillow. I looked up and he was staring down at me. I gave him a small smile and he smiled back.

“Good evening princess,” he mumbled through the smile.

“How long was I asleep for?” I asked rubbing my eyes.

“About an hour and a half,” he smiled. His smile was perfection.

“And you were awake or did you fall sleep to?” I yawned.

“No I was too intrigued by the way you can just fall asleep anywhere,” he admitted.

“We should probably get back,” I sat up and looked around. The waterfall looked so beautiful and the lights really did make it look so special.

“Yeah everyone would be wondering where we got to,” he stretched as he stood up. He turned his back to me and I hopped on, wrapping my legs around his waist and playing with his necklace again.

“I love you Michael,” I yawned resting my head on his shoulder.

“I love you too princess,” he smiled and I closed my eyes.

ASHTON’S P.O.V

 

“They’ll be back soon,” I yawned taking the empty bowls and washing them out. I was never good for staying up all night.

“We’re back,” Kelly shouted jumping down from Michael’s back. She looked tired.

“Thank fuck I was worrying so hard,” I sighed in relief giving her a hug. I did worry about her, I even worried when I had said something horrible and she would go out and never return until a few hours later.

“Your sister fell asleep,” Michael teased hugging Kelly from behind. They really did look so cute together.

“Shut up Clifford,” she said and lightly slapped his arm.

“Kelly you look tired maybe you should go up,” I suggested giving her a worried expression.

“No I wanna stay down here and if I fall asleep so what,” she shrugged running into the living room.

“She’s amazing and I’m lucky to have her,” Michael smiled watching her run.
