"Aidan, is the food ready?" Loki asked, peeking inside the room. I nodded, getting plates and a bowl for myself ready. Loki looked behind himself before stepping into the room. Tony, Thor and Aodh followed suit and I smiled, handing each of them a plate.
"So who's this new re- holy shit." Steve stopped dead in his tracks, staring at me with wide eyes. I looked at him and smiled, holding out my hand for him to take.
"It's nice to meet you, Captain. My name is Aidan."
Steve nodded, slowly shaking my hand. "It's...have we met before?"
I shook my head. "I wish. You're a big hero of mine."
Aodh scoffed, dragging Steve to the table and sitting him down next to himself. Steve continued to stare at me as I took a seat next to Loki. We all ate in silence for a moment before I finally decided to speak.
"So Thor, are you and Breean close? You being her uncle and all?" I asked before taking a sip of my wine. Thor smiled and nodded.
"We are very close, actually. I'm almost like a big brother to her rather than an uncle. It's nice, almost having another younger sibling to bond with." Thor answered, glancing between Loki and myself. "I assume you and Loki are getting along?"
I looked to Loki and smiled with a nod. "We are. It's been really nice making another friend since I don't get to see my other one much."
Loki grimaced, ignoring my words and continuing to eat. I lean forward and whispered to Thor, just loud enough for Loki to hear me.
"Loki went with me to get my things the other day and I talked to my friend from work for a moment. I think he's jealous."
"I am not jealous." Loki sassed before taking a large chug of his wine. He placed his glass back onto the table and glared at me. "Don't go spreading lies or else I'll have to spread something as well."
I gasped. "Loki! Was that a sexual joke? Towards me, your friend?"
Loki squinted at me, a small blush forming on his cheeks. "Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't."
"Okay can we change the subject please?" Tony spoke dropping his silverware onto his plate. "I get you two are hitting it off and all but I'm still not used to seeing either of you like this."
I looked at him and raised a brow. "Seeing us like what?"
Tony rolled his eyes and scoffed. "All touchy-feely-smiley-giggly. You're both gods of destruction and you're over here acting like love sick puppies."
"I'm not a God of destruction, thank you. And neither is Loki." I defended, sitting back in my chair. "But we're not acting like anything. Can't we just be friends and banter once in awhile?"
Tony shrugged. "Banter, flirt, call it whatever you like. But you're more than friends. Even if you don't know it yet."
I stared down at my hands for a moment before gathering my bowl and glass and standing from the table. "I think I'm done for the night. It was nice meeting you, Captain. Good night everyone."
I placed my things in the sink before quickly making my way upstairs. I sighed, seeing Loki already standing in the penthouse.
"Ignore Tony." Loki said, stepping towards me. He had already removed his jacket and shoes and he stood in nothing but a pair of dark jeans and a form fitting, dark blue t-shirt.
I blushed at his appearance, the combination of both his clothing and the dark lighting of the room making him seem larger in front of me. I shivered, noticing how the temperature began to fall. Loki removed his shirt, throwing off to the side, neither of us caring where it landed.
"L-Loki..." I whispered as the room grew even colder. I began to see my breath once Loki stood only a foot away from me. I gasped, watching as Loki changed into his natural form. "What're you...oh fuck it."
I threw myself forward, pressing my lips to Loki's cold, blue ones. I shivered, wrapping my arms around Loki's neck tightly and pulling him close to me. After a moment, Loki pulled away, panting lightly and smirking.
"I take it you've liked this form before?" He chuckled lowly.
"I have. But it doesn't matter what you look like. All I want is you." I waited for Loki to respond, watching him desperately.
He smiled softly and reached out to cup my cheek in his palm. "Are you sure? Because I can wait as long as you need me to."
I laughed, nuzzling into Loki's touch. "You said that the first time we made love. And just like then, I'm going to say the same thing."
"And what's that?" Loki smirked.
I backed away and pulled off my shirt before making my way to him again. I ran my hand from his chest all the way down to the lining of his pants.
"I'm sure."
Without hesitation, Loki picked me up, gripping the bottom of my thighs roughly. I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck as we began to kiss once more. Before I knew it, I was laid onto the soft mattress of Loki's bed.
"How do you want me?" Loki asked, breathing heavily as he looked down at me.
"Just like this." I smiled, tracing the designs of Loki's blue skin with my finger. He shuttered with a soft moan and grabbed my hand into his own. "It's okay, I'm right here."
Loki nodded, gently sliding my pants down my legs. He growled, taking in my appearance beneath him before leaning forward and pressing his face into the crook of my neck. I bit my lip, dragging the tips of my fingers down Loki's back.
"Aidan." Loki moaned, wrapping his arms around my half bare torso.
"It's alright." I exhaled, watching as Loki stepped back and removed the rest of his clothes. I did the same, moving myself to rest in the middle of the bed. Loki crawled to me, his blue skin practically glowing under the moonlight. I smiled, spreading my legs for Loki to rest between and pulling him close to me again.
