Chapter 31 : Powers

Cyndiana Collins POV

I ran aimlessly into the woods calling out for my sister, screaming for help.

It was dark and I couldn't see anything. I was tired of running so I sat down under a huge tree, my head was bleeding already and I was feeling weak and dizzy , everything was becoming blur when I saw him approaching.

Just by looking at him, I felt a comfort, I knew I was safe, I no longer needed to run, to hide, he was there to protect me. His blue eyes stood out in the darkness, but what I saw next had me shaking out with fear and sent shivers down to the spine.

His eyes started to glow and  soon changed colour to yellow, within seconds a huge black Wolf was standing on his place. It was looking at me intensely yet adorablely. It had the same gorgeous blue eyes which never fails to  mesmerize me.
Without any warning , it let out a howl as if he was in pain. I didn't know why I felt the need to calm it down, to touch it. Is this Wolf, my baby's daddy. But how is it possible? Unless he is a werewolf.

I was woken up by hearing someone whispering into my ear:
"You can do this, you can untie yourself, use your powers. "

I guess I'm getting insane day by day  being stuck in the same place is not doing any good to me and my baby.

The words kept on repeating and replaying in my mind, use your powers, yeah but which power, as far as I can remember, I think I was born a human being not a supernatural being. I'm just hallucinating, there is nothing like powers.

The more I ignored, the more the whispering continued, until I was unable to breathe for a moment . I was suffocating, just then Kyle opened the door, he quickly gave me some water to drink for which I was thankful to him.

He looked at me as if I scared the hell out of him for a minute which was actually the contrary , really dude if so, let me go, I whispered to myself.

"Baby girl why are your eyes yellow? "

" What?
Are you kidding me, I have been deprived of food and sleep, perhaps I'm dead already and it's my ghost glaring daggers at you. So please do me a favour by doing my cremation so I can rest in peace."

I shouted at him. "Don't forget to add flowers, I love flowers. "

Perhaps, I've really gone mad, who talks like that with their kipnapper/stalker. Now he will definitely kill me.

Instead he burst out into laughing.
" Really baby girl, you know you're really cute when you're angry. "

" What do you want Kyle?
Why can't you just let me go.
I promise I won't tell anyone about you. " I pleaded to him.

" No,  I love you Cyndiana, I always have. I can't let you go. You have no idea how I felt when you looked at Ryan with so much love and adoration, I envied that gesture so much. Why can't it be me instead of him? "
There was a moment of complete silence before he continued  with his stupid drama.

" With time I'm sure you will learn to love me, he sadly whispered the last part.
We've run out of stock, I need to go to town but in my absence I want you to behave.
We are in the middle of nowhere, if you wanna go out and 
get yourself killed then do it at your own risk. "

With said being said, he left.

I can't stay here, wait for help which might never come, so I knew I had to make a move. I just needed to wait for the right moment until he was gone.

I am extremely sorry guys for the delay, I know I promised to update each day but I got caught up into some personal family problem yesterday that's why I could
not update.
