There are lots of birds whispering only about you,

You should once listen to them,

Maybe then you would know,

How much I love you...

Cyndiana Collin's POV

It's been a month, since Ryan left, a month since I have had that horrible nightmare which scared the hell out of me. I needed sometime alone, I needed a break so I dressed myself casually with a grey sweatshirt and a slightly ripped dark jean which I matched with my dark and gold color adidas sneakers and tied my hair in a high ponytail and then I went to a nearest park to relax , I brought along my painting materials and also a canvas that is stretched across a wooden frame to capture some moments maybe the wildlife or the children playing around. Painting has always fascinated me; it connects me to the imaginary world I've always been dreaming about. It gives the painter the opportunity to go beyond the obvious.

I was busy drawing the landscape when I saw a small hand waving at my canvas I was surprised when I looked at the offender, I couldn't help but smiled at him. He was so cute with his small mesmerising blue eyes and chubby red cheeks, he was dressed in a small white shirt and a dark blue jeans. I went down onto my knees so as to be able to talk to this little gentleman who seemed to have disturb my break and as I looked at him, I noticed him having cute blonde hair which somehow makes him unique.

"What's your name little angel?" I asked him.

"My name is Sammy."

"Why are you alone, where's your mommy, I asked him?"

"I don't have one", he sadly replied.

I felt hurt by his words so I quickly changed the topic, "how about me and you, we play football together?" I asked him trying to cheer him up.
He quickly wrapped me into a hug with his small hands, I hugged him back and then we both let out a chuckle. Playing football with Sammy, helped me to forget about Ryan for a while, I was back to the person I once was, I was laughing and I'm enjoying being a kid again until I heard a familiar voice,

"Hey gorgeous!"

As I turned around, I saw Xavier , he was indeed looking handsome in his casual outfit which were matching to those of Sammy, they both wore a white shirt and a dark blue jeans and trainers, he was looking proudly at Sammy, and if I'm not wrong, I saw tears rolling down his cheeks and then wiping them away, he winked at me. I let out a chuckle. As soon as Sammy noticed Xavier, he ran towards him while the latter picked Sammy up in his right arm. I couldn't help but look at them adorably, they looked so cute together, perfect daddy and son.

"Care to explain?" I asked Xavier.

"It's a long story", he replied.

"Make it short then, I told him and I have plenty of time and I promise not to get bored."

"You're a stubborn ass,  aren't you?"

He let out a soft chuckle then nodded at me and asked Sammy to continue to play nearby while we talked"

" Well Sammy is my adopted baby while I'm his hot single daddy but it can quickly change if only you say yes."

"Ew gross."

" Such a party pooper," he replied. Faking a heart attack.

"Tell me, I'm curious now. I told him while he rolled his eyes at me.

When it all started 3 years ago when I went for jogging on a fine morning as usual , I heard the cries of a baby, I followed the sound until I reached a big bag that was placed next to the park's dustbin. As I unzipped the bag, I saw a small baby crying that was only about a month old, I took him home. Since then we are inseparable."
He said while looking at Sammy.

"I'm so proud of you Xavier", I told him happily.

We looked at Sammy, who had just fell down from trying to sit on the ball. We both burst out laughing at his failed attempt and then went to tickle him on his little stomach and lastly we hugged him.

At the end of the day, Xavier dropped me home, while Sammy gave me a sweet kiss on the cheek. I waved at them as they drove away. It was indeed a great day.
