Ryen, has been absent for two days now. Work isn't hard at the café but his friends are missing him dearly.

"Guys selfie tayo ta's tag natin si Rairai para mainggit!"

Or not.

"Pero chinat na ba kayo no'n? Hindi kasi nagpaparamdam e," Reinier said, a bit concerned for the well-being of his friend. Because the last time they saw Ryen he was sick.

Ryen has school that's why he's been absent, it's cool and all but they're all suspicious as to why he isn't responding to their messages.

Jorge didn't say anything, iniisip n'yang baka s'ya ang may kasalanan kaya hindi nagpaparamdam sa kanila ang kaibigan. You know, nag-away kasi sila, remember?

But nobody knew about it, and the guilt is eating Jorge.

Although, Ryen is actually forgiving that Danilo dubbed him as a saint one time. He's so forgiving that sometimes they think he can't harbour ill feelings towards a person. It's true that he's easily annoyed, but Ryen don't take things to the heart so much. Hate is a big word for him that he can't take the responsibility for it.

Mostly because he doesn't care at nauubusan s'ya ng enerhiya.

But then Jorge is worried that maybe this time he really pissed off Ryen. Nice. So they really love each other, I'm touched.

"Guys, ang totoo n'yan nagkasagutan kami ni Rairai nung nakaraan," Jorge began. The other two stopped taking duck faced selfies to look at him.

Inakbayan s'ya ni Reinier. "Ah, so ikaw pala dahilan, nako, Kim, nagsorry ka na ba?"

Umiling si Jorge.

"Hindi naman galit sa'yo 'yon, baka sobrang lala lang ng sakit . . . " Danilo trailed off.

Sabay sabay naman silang may narealise, nagkatinginan sila with panic etched in their eyes.

"Guys, magsasara na tayo ng shop, pupunta tayo sa bahay ni Rairai," Danilo commanded. Tumango naman ang dalawa pang mokong at nagmamadaling pumasok sa staff room para magbihis.

So they think Ryen is in trouble? Or he died? That can't be possible, he's one of the main characters, you know!

Pag labas nila ng staff room nagulat sila nang pumasok si Sidney.

"Sorry girl, magsasara na kami," Reinier said venomously.

"Ay? Gano'n? Bakit? Ang aga naman yata?"

"Daming tanong e."

"Reirei ba't ba badtrip ka nanaman?" suway ni Jorge, "ang totoo kasi n'yan Sid, hindi nagpaparamdam sa'min si Ryen kaya gegerahin namin s'ya sa bahay nila."

"Eh? Nasa school s'ya ngayon ah?"

"Huh?"

"Nasa school si Ryen, Psych Week nila ngayon, hindi n'yo alam?" Sidney blinked. "Bibili lang sana ako ng kape rito ta's didiretso na 'ko ro'n para sumilip, ang pagkakaalam ko kasi magpeperform si Ryen ng spoken word," kinikilig na sabi naman nito.

The 3 idiots' expressions darkened.

Nag-alala sila para sa wala!

And yet, nasa gate na sila ng school ni Ryen. After all they said and thought, sumama pa rin sila kay Sidney.

Papasok na sila sa gate nang bigla silang harangin ni Manong Guard.

"ID mo, boy?"

Jorge gasped in shock, napahawak pa s'ya sa dibdib na akala mo talaga nagulat s'ya. Like I said, this guy is a great actor.
