-Azalea's Pov-
I sat in my classroom. The teacher was talking about some type of math formula but I couldn't make myself focus if I wanted to. It had been six weeks after Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff left to go back to their home. Six weeks after Belle had gotten rid of Mr.Gold. Six weeks of going to class, and running my flower shop. I found it to be odd. Living a sort of normal life with nothing threatening my life. I was almost fooled sometimes into thinking that I was now living a normal teenage life. No matter how many times dad said it was true and that I should enjoy it I could never let myself completely relax. Could you blame me? After I had spent most of my life having to look over my shoulder and see if anyone was hiding in the shadows to attack me it was a hard habit to stop. The bell rang for lunch and the teacher stopped mid sentence. "Alright class, before you start your lunch break finish the notes on this slide. We will pick up from here after lunch." He picked up his bags and left the room. Everyone stood up and made their way to the lunch room. I stood up and pulled down my school skirt while grabbing my school bag. "Hey Azalea! Coming to the cafeteria?" Someone called from behind me. I turned and nodded, and that seemed to satisfy my classmates as they all went to race for a good spot in the lunch line. I was always glad that mom packed my lunch. I didn't have to fight the lunch line, and I got a few minutes to sit by myself before students from the school would swarm my lunch table. Before the original curse had been lifted I never had to worry about my lunch table being full. I had been the odd girl that never talked to anyone and wore flowers in her hair. And that was all still true after the curse was lifted, but now everyone knows me as a member of the Royal family. Now I was watched by everyone, and everyone thought that I was 'cool'. I made it to the cafeteria and got to finish part of my lunch before Rosetta sat beside me. "Hey Azalea! How is your day?" She asked as she started to pick at her lunch. I gave a polite smile. "Fine, just as boring as all the others." I commented, taking a bite of my salad. Rosetta had started talking to me a few weeks after the curse has lifted and school started again. She was the first person to really try and talk to the me, and she was nice. But once the school saw that I did in fact talk everyone started talking to me. I didn't really have any close friends at school, mostly because I didn't have much time for school with everything that had happened in Storybrooke after the curse lifted. A few minutes after Rosetta sat down more students started sitting around our table. If you were from the outside looking in I would look like the most popular girl in school, but I knew that everyone was sitting with me because I was apart of the Royal family. I tried to not let the unwanted attention bother me too much. "So I hear that Buck is throwing a party at his house this weekend." Vidia said leaning over the table to whisper so that no prying freshman could hear. "Really?! Finally! I've always wanted to go to a high school party like they do on TV." Fawn said sitting to the right of me. "How is he throwing a party at his house? It's not like our parents ever leave Storybrooke." Rosetta said sitting to the left of me. "They are staying at Granny's hotel this weekend. Granny is paying my dads construction crew to add a pool so they left me alone at the house for the weekend." Buck himself said. He had been standing behind me and joining the conversation once he heard his name. I looked up at Buck as he adjusted his uniform jacket. Buck was the most popular guy at school, and Rosetta had told me that he was interested in me several times. But I really wasn't sure about that. He was interested in the Royal family, or the flower Enchantress, not Azalea. No way he would be. I was just me, and he was...well Buck. "So are you all coming? It won't be a party if it's just my pals from basketball." He said addressing the table. "We will totally be there! Just give us the details." Fawn said with a huge grin. Everyone else at the table agreed. I kept my mouth shut. I think it was pretty obvious that I wasn't the party type. "What about you Azalea?" Buck suddenly asked, sliding between Rosetta and I. I saw Rosetta nodding her head and giving me two thumbs behind him. I looked back at Buck and sighed. "I'm not really the type for big social gatherings...and I need to be helping with finding a way to get the fairies out of the magic hat."I said suddenly feeling everyone watching us. "It won't be big, just you and your friends, some of my bro's from the basketball team and a few others." He said. I didn't say anything and he chucked. "The invite is open to you if you change your mind." He said before leaving the table. I watched as he went to the table full of his friends and they all greeted him, clearly watching the whole scene. "What are you thinking Azalea?! Buck...THE BUCK personally asked you to go to his party. The first high school party Storybrooke has ever had, and you said no!" Vidia said looking shocked like everyone else at the table. "Guys come on, clearly Azalea is playing hard to get." Rosetta said turning to me. I rolled my eyes. "Or I know that Buck isn't really interested in me. He only cares about my family heritage." I said. "You don't know that. At least give him a chance." Fawn said. "Party's really aren't my idea of a fun time. But I'm sure you guys will have a great time." I said before standing up. "I'm going to the bathroom before class starts again." I said excusing myself. I pretended to not notice Buck was watching me as I left the cafeteria. I walked by mom's classroom and saw Henry raising his hand to speak as Mary had a bird resting on her finger. Even if I was interested in going to some party, there was no way that Mom and Dad would allow it. I dropped my lunch bag off at my locker before continuing down the hallway.
