-Storybrooke, Regina's office-

"We found Merlin back in Camelot?" Mary asked, shocked at Regina's statement. "Emma let it slip last night when she tried to visit Henry." Regina said as she stood in her office with David, Hook, Belle, and Mary. "If we freed the bloody sorcerer then why didn't he take the darkness out of Emma?" Hook asked. "Your asking the wrong person." Regina said sounding frustrated. "Well we can't ask Merlin himself, or Azelea, or Emma now can we?" Hook asked, getting angry again. "That's exactly what we're going to do actually." Regina said holding up the Crimson Crown mushroom. "Did you figure out how to make the communication spell work?" David asked. Regina nodded and Hook took the mushroom out of Regina's hand and examined it closely. "Let's just say that after I saw Emma rip Violets heart out of her chest, I found all the motivation I needed. I had to get in to Azelea's flowershop and look through a few of her books, but I figured it out." Regina said. "You broke into Azelea's shop?" Mary asked. "Yes, but that's not important right now. It will be worth it once we find Azelea anyway." Regina said, at least trying to look guilty. "So how does this thing work?" Hook asked. "It's not that easy, not just anyone can summon up Merlin. I know for a fact that I can't, and maybe Azelea might have been able to. But she isn't here right now. So we go to our next best option...Merlin might appear to someone who has been chosen by him." Regina said taking the mushroom away from Hook. "Arthur. Merlin delivered all the prophecies to him." David said, connecting the dots. "So what do you say sheriff? Wanna go get him?" Regina asked. "Already on my way." David said going to walk out of the room, but not before leaving a kiss on Mary's cheek. "Wait - wait, why are we wasting our time with Merlin when there is someone else here who can help us?" Belle asked, speaking up for the first time. "Who?" Mary asked. "Rumple." Belle said, like it was obvious. "If he hadn't brought the darkness back to Storybrooke, we wouldn't even be standing here right now." Regina said folding her arms. "Rumple may be to blame for the situation that we are in, but so is Emma." Belle said, apparently not scared to share her opinion. "She was seduced by the darkness, just like Rumple was. So how does that make Rumple any different?" Belle asked. "Sorry love, crocodile had more chances than anyone." Hook said, glaring at her, not happy that Emma was being compared to Rumple in any form. "And right now we need to give Emma her best chance." David said standing by the door with his jacket in his hands. "It's not just Emma we are trying to save, it's Azelea too. Which means contacting Merlin. David said, with a tone that suggested he wasn't changing his mind. "And if something bad happens to Rumple?" Belle asked shrugging her shoulders in frustration. "It's a risk we will have to take." Regina said folding her hands together. "You all may be willing to do that. But I'm not." Belle said folding her own arms over her chest before storming out of the room. She shoved her shoulder against David's as she passed him and he sighed, turning to the rest of the group. "Are we doing the right thing here?" Mary asked, looking guilty. "I mean Mr.Gold did save Azelea and all of us when Peter tried to take over...and now that he doesn't have the darkness in him - this could be a chance for a new start for Mr.Gold." She said turning to David who shook his head. "Saving Azelea one time is not enough for forgive all the bad things he had done to her...right now our focus needs to stay on Emma and Azelea." David said. Everyone seemed to agree and he left to go get Arthur. Regina walked over to Mary and put a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Emma and Rumple are two different people. They both have darkness in them, but we can still save Emma before it's too late. Only Rumple can save himself now." She said.

-Camelot-

Merida, Belle, Merlin, Azelea, David, Lancelot and Hook were all walking through the woods together. After they had escaped from Arthur Azelea had used a flower to find Merida after Merlin requested it. Merlin said that we needed to get her, and no one was about to question the sorcerer. "Thank you for coming to find me lassie. I hope Merlin is able to help me find me brothers." Merida said as she walked in front of Merida and Belle. "I knew that Merlin would be able to help you, and it's the least that we can do for you after Emma almost crushed your heart. I want you to see that my sister is good...and I want you to be able to find your brothers." The teen said. The guys were further ahead of them on the trail and David called Azelea's name. The girl said goodbye to the two before running up the trail to join the men. The men were asking her questions as they headed back to Granny's Diner. They didn't notice as Merlida knocked out Belle from behind the group. Until it was too late and they were gone.
