Nana's POV

I keep my eyes closed waiting for I don't even know what. Suddenly the sound of door being open can be heard and I take my hands away from my face to see what's happening.

"I'm so sorry, are you alright? I was lost in my thoughts because I have so many things on my mind lately," the man in his 40's that looked like a foreigner says looking up to me. When he sees my face his eyes grew wide and his jaw drops. "Mei?" the elder taking me by surprise. What?

"No, my name is Nana," I respond and mentally punch myself for selling my personal information to a stranger. What if he'll kidnap you?

"Oh, right, sorry, but are you alright?" he asks standing in front of me and I slowly nod my head. I open my mouth to answer but another voice interrupts me.

"Nana!" I look around and find Yanjun running to me. What is he doing here...and what does he want?

"Jizas are you alright?" the boy asks with panic evident in his voice and I nod my head sighing deeply.

"I'm sorry but I'm in hurry, but if something's wrong call this number," the man says giving me his business card. KCBJY Company? It's a really big company in this city. But I saw it somewhere else...

"He mumbled something about KCBJY Company..."

My mom wrote about this in her diary. Does he know my mom?

"So, I'll be going now," the man says coming back to his car and I open my mouth to stop him but Yanjun drags me away. "Come on, I guess you're late to school? I'll take you there," the boy declares and puts me in his car not letting me respond.

"Jizas I wanted to ask him something," I whine loudly and Yanjun looks at me questionably. "You have his phone number, don't you?" he asks rhetorically and I nod my head. His right...

I sigh relaxing in my seat and looking out of the window.

"Aren't you going to thank me?" the boy suddenly asks and I look at him confused.

"For what?" I question gaining a chuckle from Yanjun. "For driving you to school, beautiful...and for saving you," he states and I shake my head.

"Firstly, you didn't save me from anything, you just appeared out of nowhere and dragged me away and secondly you haven't driven me to school yet, so why should I thank you?" I respond and he chuckles even more.

"Now I get what Xukun meant...you're really something, sweetheart," the boy says and glance at me.

"What do you mean? What did Xukun say about me, huh? Tell me!" I slightly yell at him and he laughs again. This guy is too happy...

"He said, that there's more behind your pretty face," Yanjun answers making me speechless for a moment. He stops on the red lights and look at me. Suddenly in front of my eyes I see Xukun for a brief second.

I blink my eyes and look out of the window. "Whatever, just drive me this school and stop being so happy," I say crossing my arms in front of me.

"Are you gonna thank-" Yanjun starts as he stops the car in front of the school gate but before he can finish I run out of the car to my class.

"I'm sorry for being late," I say as I open the door to my classroom and bow slightly to the teacher. She just looks at me and smiles. "It's okay. It's your first time so I guess you have a reason. Sit, please," she states calmly and I smile at her and do what she's told me.

"What?! He broke up with you?!" Qinjia shouts as I tell her what happened yesterday. I cover her mouth because we're gaining unwanted attention from other students in class.
