Asgard was a short trip from Jotunheim, especially with this ship's engine. It would probably take me about a day, maybe less to get there. The journey would probably be boring, there were rarely any other ships out in this area. Asgardians usually used the Bifrost and that was only for warriors and people given permission. Now that I think about it, Asgard was not really a free planet, more of a glamorized prison. Let me explain...

On Asgard, you can't really do much. You work, you shop for food, eat, sleep and that's pretty much it. If course, there's some recreational activities but not really. You aren't free to leave, so basically you're tapped there. I'm glad I left, I couldn't take another minute of that place, it really cramped my style. People there are so naieve, they think that Odin and all the royalty there is perfect and everything is great but in reality, it's not. There's nothing about Asgard that's all amazing. I don't get how these people love it, they're brainwashed or something. Asgard is an empire waiting to fall, and I? I'll be that fall, just you wait.

One day later

I arrived in Asgard. I landed my ship on the rainbow bridge and crawled out of it. My disguise was ready and my plan was a go.
Hiemdall came running out of the Bifrost. He couldn't tell who I was, I could see it in his eyes.
  "Miss, are you alright?"
"Where am I? This isn't Earth! Who are you?!"
"I am Hiemdall, you are on Asgard. What happened?"
"My ship was attacked when I was on my way to Earth. Help me please sir!"
"Of course, I'll bring you to the hospital."
"T-thank you, but Earth? My family is there! They must be worried sick!"
"You'll go home once you're healed my dear."
  Perfect.

They set me up in the hospital and tried asking me some questions. I decided to have some fun with it.
"Do you know who attacked you or what they looked like dear?"
"Well, I've seen her on TV on Earth. Her name's Vanessa or something. She was really scary though."
  "What did she look like?"
"She had dark brown hair and eyes, but when I tried fighting back, her eyes turned like crimson, matched her clothes. Her hands were magic too, red stuff flew out of them, that's what destroyed my ship."
The nurse looked like she was going to faint. I was trying so hard not to laugh.
"Do you know her miss? You seem a little on edge?"
"No no no, don't worry dear. Were you far from here when it happened?"
"I don't know, I was knocked out cold by her. She stole all my money and supplies."
  "Alright, you get some rest."
"Should I be scared? Will she come back for me?"
"Not at all darling. I promise you're safe."
  "Thank you."
  "Now get some rest."
With that she left, turning the lights off as she closed the door behind her. This was going to be good.

The morning came and I started healing my "injuries." Most of the wounds were closed and now they were just scabbed and bruised. The nurses were pleased with the progress I made and told me I should be on my way to Earth tomorrow morning. Everything was going to plan just like I hoped. Finally, things were going my way for once. I sat in the bed and read books all day, I couldn't wait to get out of here. The nurses asked me more questions and I gave them more answers. I could tell they thought that I was the attacker. It was so hard for me not to laugh at their shocked expressions. They asked if the princes were with her, how tall and how old she looked, everything they could've asked... they did. Finally, night fell among the realm and I fell asleep.

The next morning came and I was released from the hospital. The Asgardians sent me to Earth in the Bifrost. They were actually pretty kind to do that, nobody ever got to use the Bifrost. I was back to Earth in just less than a minute, now, I just had to get to New York. Teleporting was the best option. I was there in 2 seconds flat, standing outside of the magnificent Stark Tower. Loki and Thor were just a few steps away from me, it's been too long. I was so used to having Loki back it felt like the first week I spent on Earth a year or so ago. I walked into the building and the secretary noticed me. She told me to go "right on up" into the Avengers quarters. I stepped into the elevator and went to the top floor, where I knew they would be. Finally, it was time.

The elevator door opened and all eyes turned to me, guess they weren't expecting any visitors. I stepped out and before anyone could say anything, Loki ran up and hugged me. I hugged him back tighter then I ever have before. He let go of me after what felt like forever, and stood next to me.
  "You made it."
"Of course I did. You thought less of me?"
  "Never have, never will."
We laughed and looked around at the other Avengers. Natasha waved at me and smiled, so did Steve and Bruce. Thor hugged me briefly and stepped back into the line. Tony came over and side hugged me. We laughed and got me settled back into my room. This was my new, permanent home. I was forever grateful.
