Another World

Max Pov:

Me and Jackie pass by soldiers carrying a big crate into a dark room during our morning walk. They leave after they put it in, but they leave the door wide open.

"Let's go in there Maxie!" Jackie says.

"No way! It could be dangerous in there," I say.

"Come on Maxie! I know you're just as curious as me!"

"Well of course I'm curious! I just don't want you hurt!"

"Oh come on! Live a little Maxie!"

"I'm literally never letting you on the internet again,"

"I didn't find those words with permission. Now let's go!" he pulls me by my wrist into the dark room.

We see a room full of machines and gadgets.

"Jeez," I say.

"THIS IS SO COOOL!!" Jackie yells.

"Shhh, if you make that much noise we'll get caught!"

"Sowwy! Now let's go touch some stuff!"

"No touchy Jackie, just look,"

"Let's go look at some stuff!"

Jackie runs away. "Jackie! Wait for me!" I run after him.

Jackie and me look at all the machines.

"How about we look at in the crate the men were carrying in," Jackie says.

"I don't know Jackie. It looked heavy and important. I think we should try avoiding that 1"

"oh come on! It'll be fun!"

Jackie practically drags me to the big crate.

"I wonder what's inside" I say.

"Well let's open it and see for ourselves!" Jackie says.

"Okay. remember, No touchy,"

"I know I know. Now help me open it!"

I nod. We grab 2 hammers and we begin pulling out the nails.

When we take all the nails out the sides of the box fall on to the floor along with the top.

We see a small cylinder machine. There's a big red button on the top of it.

"Maxie,"

"Jackie, no touchy,"

"Please?"

"No, now let's get out of here before we get caught,"

I turn my back, but I immediately hear a click sound. I turn around quickly and see Jackie's finger holding down the button.

"Jac-"

Jackie quickly pulls away as the machine grows tall in a instant. It has a huge door in the front of it now.

Jackie runs up to me.

"Jackie what hell were yo-"

The inside of the machine lights up as a dark red. "Your destination: Hell," the machine says.

Suction like air starts pulling us into the machine. I quickly grab on to a machine, but I look back to see Jackie slowly going toward the machine. "JACKIE!!" I scream.

"Ma-" he disappears into the light of the machine.

I'm going after him.

I let go of the machine and roll into the light.
