The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) FORBADE women to wear perfume when they go out of their houses,
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Every eye commits adultery and If a woman puts on perfume and passes by people so that they can smell her fragrance, then she is such and such." and he spoke sternly — meaning an adulteress.

You can wear perfume for your husband or while you're with your mehrams only when you're inside your house and
Stay away from wearing perfumes while going out because it's haram,
Stay away from haram.
