Lucinda's point of view

I continue to walk through the dark hall, my hand sliding against the cold stone of the wall. How long have I been walking down this secret passage? Why is it here? And where does it lead to-

I groan as I walk face first into a wall. I take a step back and grab my nose. "Ow, that hurt...!" I mutter and rub my injured nose. I bite my lip and slowly reach forward, my hand touches the cold stone, sliding it across the hard surface. Is this the end? I turn and walk forward, I groan as I walk again into a wall. Yes, this is the end, there is no other passage.

I turn back and face the wall I originally ran into, my hand roaming around the tall wall of stone. But why have a hall going to nowhere? It makes no sense! Surely, there must be some kind of switch or a lever, perhaps, to open-

My hand stops, a small stone seemed to be loose. Just like the one before in the cell. I push my hand against the stone, it sinks in just like the one before did. The wall shakes, and begins to turn. I blink as light cokes through the new opening. Why! It's not a wall, at all! It's a door! My eyes widening as I take in my new setting. It was a bedroom! A large bedroom, decorated lavishly and sweetly. It was fit for a princess!

Why does the passage lead to a bedroom? I wonder and step into the room. I jump at the sound of sniffling and turn. Looking toward the bed, I could see my sister's blonde head sticking out of the piles of blankets.

And she was crying.

"Isabelle!" I whisper and rush to the bed. Isabelle screams, and I slap my hand over her mouth. Her green eyes widen as she looks up at me. Her shoulders are shaking as tears slip down her cheeks, I could feel her smiling against my hand. I drop my hand from her lips and smile back at her.

"Lucinda!" She whispers and hugs me tightly. I wrap my arms around her as well. "I was so scared! When you passed out, he dragged you away from me. I have been searching the entire castle for you until he caught me and locked me inside my room! Oh, Lucinda! I was so frighten! I was afraid he..."

"Sh," I coo and climb into the bed, I place her head on my shoulder and rub her back. "I'm here. I'm here, and I am well. What about you? Are you okay?" I ask, staring down as tears drip down her cheeks. She sniffs and nods.

"Y-yes..." she mumbles, her arms tighten around me. "Lucinda, I'm so frighten!"

I sigh and pull her closer. "Sh, sh, I'm here. That monster won't touch you, not while I'm around." I whisper and push her hair out of her face.

"How did you escape?" She asks me, grabbing my hand tightly, squeezing my poor fingers.

"Through the wall," I answer her and nod to the open doorway of the wall. Her eyes widen as it closes.

She laughs. "First talking beasts and now walking through walls." I quietly laugh with her. I must admit, it does sound quite ludicrous and unusual. "What do you think the beast will do when he finds out you're gone?"

I gulp. I am not sure, quite honestly. Will he kill me? Oh, I do hope not. I would hate to die. Isabelle looks up at me, waiting for me to answer. I open my mouth to answer when a loud roar is bellowed, shaking the very walls surrounding us. Belle screams and hides her face in her hands, I pull her closer to me. Once its echoes disappears, I answer, "I think, he already knows."

She whimpers and hugs me. "Don't leave me, Lucinda. Please, please, don't leave me here..."

I place my hand under her chin and lift it up, smiling at her. I lean down and kiss her forehead. "I would never."

"What if that monster comes back?!" She panics, her eyes widening in fear.

"It doesn't matter," I shake my head. "I shall not leave your side. I promise, no matter what, I will protect you from him."

She sighs and hugs on to me tighter. "I am so happy you are alright," she whispers.

"Me too," I answer back, playing with her blonde hair.

"Lucinda?" I hum. "Will you sing for me? The song mother would sing to you?"

I smile at her and nod. "Of course," I whisper and lay back against the bed, my fingers playing with Belle's hair as I hum. "How does a moment last forever... how does a story never die?" I sing, smiling at her. "It is love, we must hold on to.... never easy," I sigh. "But we try. Sometimes our happiness is captured. Somehow, our time and place is still... Love lives on, inside our hearts..."

Isabelle yawns and closes her eyes.

"And always will..."

Beast's point of view

The girl has been awfully quiet... I huff and climb down the steps of stairs leading to the dungeon. Perhaps I am worrying about nothing. I'm going to walk up to her cell, and she'll be fast asleep. Besides, how could escape? There is only one key that can open her cell and I have it.

"Village girl," I call out once I meet the bottom of the stairs. No reply. I scowl and stalk toward her cage. "Village girl, answer me!" I snarl and turn, my eyes widen at the empty cell. She escaped?! But how?! How could she escape?!

My eyes drift toward the open shackle, a key lays abandoned next to it. I grit my fangs. She had help... I roar out, in anger. One of my servants have betrayed me! But who?! Anger fumes in me as I storm out of the dungeon, stalking to the west wing. I kick the door open, slamming it closed behind me.

I stomp to the small silver table, snatching up the mirror on it. "Where is she?!" I demand. The mirror fogs up before revealing the village pest, she's lying down in my other prisoner's bed. I watch as she holds onto her sister tightly, glaring down at the door.

I snarl and lower the mirror, the image disappears. My ears perk up as I hear the door open. "It was you who helped her, wasn't it?" I ask, not looking over my shoulder.

"Her sister was missing her, I had to help." Domain answers.

"No, you didn't," I snarl turning to the man dressed in white. His silver eyes widen and he takes a step back as I glare at him. How I long to see my friend's normal face again. To see any of my servant's faces again.

"She was crying for her, crying. You know how I feel about watching pretty girls cry." I huff and turn away from him, facing the small table, I glare down at the rose within the jar, the snow just barely starting to melt.

"You see that," he points out. "It's already beginning, that means one of the girls is her! The one that's going to save us all!"

I growl and glare at Domain's pale face. "And how do you plan I'll figure out which one is the right one?"

"I don't know, but I advise you to be fast, old friend. We don't have much time." Domain whispers.

I nod, my eyes drifting to the wilting rose. Why couldn't that brat just leave my roses alone?!

Yes, those lyrics are from the song How Does a Moment Last Forever.

And no, it is not mine, so don't say it is! The song belongs completely to Disney and whoever else owns it!

Got it? They own it, not me, they.

Anyway, have a great day everybody! Bye!
