The original idea of a training camp camp for UA high, didn't go as planned. Villians took control of the situation and took one of the top students from the hero course. So, of course, when the idea was pitched again. Everyone was sceptical.
"Erm, Mr. Aizawa." Mina called, raising her hand after the idea was announced.
"What is it?" Her homeroom teacher asked, his voice as monotone as ever.
"Would this really be a good idea? I mean, the last time we did this... Villains attacked and destroyed most of the camp..." The acid quirk user explained.
"I can assure you, this time. No one would be able to come near us. And in the unlikely event that someone does show up, you are all aloud to use your quirks for self-defense." Aizawa responded, sounding more series then normal. Everyone let out a small sigh of relief after their teacher announced it. "Now, you have one week to prepare. Prepare everything you need and we'll leave on Monday."As the week went on, everyone began talking about what they hoped the camp would be like. Unlike the rest, Fumikage didn't talk about the trip. He was of course worried about Dark Shadow, he didn't want the creature to go ballastic like it did during the training camp. He continuted to worry about the whole situation until a hand was placed onto his shoulder, a slight jolt of shock ran down his spine.
"Fumi, are you alright?" His partner asked, placing her index finger under her chin as she spoke.
"I'm fine, don't worry..." The raven headed student murmured slightly.
"You are not fine, tell me what's wrong..." The frog girl signed slightly, now sitting next to him.
"I was worrying about Dark Shadow. During the previous camping trip, he got out of hand and almost killed Midoriya and Shoji..." Fumikage explained, staring at the ground in disappointed.
"If he gets out of hand, I'll protect you...I don't want anything to happen to you..." Tsuyu whispered softly, resting her head on his shoulder.
"Thank you Tsuyu..." Fumikage muttered, wrapping his arm around her waist and holding her close to his body. The Monday had finally arrived, everyone had arrived at their classroom carrying 3 bags with them, whilst Tenya had about 5. All of their chatter was cut down to silence as their homeroom teacher walked into the room.
"The bus is waiting outside. Hurry up." He said simply. The whole class stood up and dashed out the door, Fumikage was the last to leave the room. He let out a quiet sigh and left the now empty classroom."Everyone!!" A familiar voice called out "Line up in your seat order and enter the bus in that order!" Tenya shouted, flailing his arms about as he gave out his orders.
"Why would Hatsume wanna go out with him?" Hanta asked his partner, looking extremely confused.
"Don't ask me, I have no idea." Mina responded, also looking quite confused. The class got onto the bus and much to Tenya's dismay, it had a completely different seating plan to that he had thought. He sat down next to Izuku and Ochaco who were holding hands, but hiding it away from the rest of the class. The bus ride went as planned. Everyone began to chat about various things, couples resting on eachother's shoulders and Minrou getting death glares from Shoto whenever he tried to rest his head anywhere near his girlfriend.
Fumikage was sat next to his partner, his arm wrapped around her waist as she slept.
She was adorable when she slept, of course she was always cute but this was on a whole new level. If Fumikage wanted to keep a straight face this entire journey, he couldn't even glance at his sleeping girlfriend. He heard several conversations behind him, but didn't pay attention to any of it. He was too occupied by fear, what if it severely injures one of his classmates, he couldn't risk that. Not for a single second.
"Hey, don't worry about me!" Dark shadow grinned, realising Fumikage's fear "You've got your lovebird with ya. She'll keep me at bay" It threw Fumikage its trademark smile before dashing back inside its master. A soft sigh escaped the raven headed students mouth as he and the rest of his class drew nearer nearer to the campsite. He wasn't looking forward to it, but at least he had Tsuyu with him. That, was so far the only upside. The bus stopped suddenly after another half hour of driving.
"Alright everyone, we're here." Their homeroom teacher announced, his voice still extremely monotone. The entirety of the class exited the bus and stood up straight in one line.
"Right, you will all pick pairs. You can use anything you've brought." Shota began, but his normal frown was replaced by an evil smirk "We aren't supplying anything." He said simply, sending a shockwave of fear down his student's spines. Tsuyu took Fumikage's hand and looked up at him. Giving him a confident smile.
"We've got this.." She whispered, staring into his eyes as the others began looking for partners.Everyone split up to find areas to set up their tents. Tsuyu and Fumikage found a nice space near a small lake. They began setting up their tent as soon as they found their location and talked as they did so. Discussing their life inside and outside the school. After about 10 minutes the tent was set up and the two sat in front of the tent and began looking at the night sky, continuing to talk as they did so. Fumikage's arm slowly wrapped around his partner's waist as she told him about her family life. She didn't particularly care, instead she rested her head on his shoulder. A bright smile plastered on her normally bland looking face.
"I love you Tsuyu..." Fumikage whispered quietly, running his hand slowly up and down her waist.
"I love you too..." She whispered back, looking up to him.The cold wind continued to blow past them, the trees rustled loudly in the wind. But the couple didn't care, they were far too intruged with the beautiful blanket of stars covering the sky above. Each one twinkling every few seconds. The soft sound of animals rustling in the bushes filled the air as the wind calmed down every few seconds before picking up its pace and bashing against the trees.
Soon the two decided to head into their tent to shelter themselves from the cold. The wind continued to bash against the sides of the tent, but they still didn't care as they snuggled together, a thin layer of fabric covered them as they stayed close together. Despite the crashing wind and the cold temperatures, the two went peacfully to sleep.
I'm truly sorry for this taking forever. I really am. I defiantly don't want this to happen again.
