If you can't tell, this one's supposed to be a serious one. It's going to be a flashback story, so Hunter's going to come back. If you don't know who Hunter is, go back to the other chapters. Seriously. If you don't care, then I guess I'll have to head onto this one... Natsuki's my favorite next to Sayori, so... this is a hard one for me to write. Especially with Hunter coming back.
5:47 A.M. Natsuki's POV
I woke up with Sayori next to me, looking adorable, like usual. I get ready, and someone opens the bathroom door, since I forgot to lock the door this time, as I'm fixing up my eyes. It's Sayori. I jump, and something falls on the ground. I catch it, and cover my face.
"DAMMIT, SAYORI!!" I shout.
"I'm sorry, Natty! I didn't know you were in here!" Sayori exclaims.
"I'm fine! Just knock next time!" I retort.
"Are you OK? Lemme see." Sayori asks before grabbing onto my wrists to look at my face.
"N-no! Please don't!" I exclaim, but it's too late.
She's looking at my eyes in either surprise or horror. I sigh heavily and look away.
"So now you know..." I state.
"Y-you... you..." Sayori exclaims in horror.
"C'mon... say it..." I state, my voice cracking.
"You wear contacts..? To h-hide your eyes from everyone..?" Sayori questions.
"Yeah..." I say somberly.
I'm just fortunate she saw my good eye first. After I finish getting myself ready for the day, I head back to the room and sit down next to a horrified Sayori, who's still holding my contact lens.
"Do you wanna explain why you have contacts?" Sayori asks.
I snag it and put it back in my eye after I wash it off, and stare at Sayori. Her stare is unwavering, and unnerving. I hug her tightly.
"I'm sorry, but no hug in the world is going to make me forget this. Now, tell me what's wrong. Or I'll take out the other one." Sayori threatens, and I tear up.
"Fine. I'll tell you." I say, taking out my contacts.
I close my eyes almost instantly after I put my contacts back in the container it came from... for the first time in 13 years. After grasping Sayori's hands, I open both of my eyes with tears, and Sayori gasps in horror.
"Do you see why I wanted to hide it from you now?" I ask, and Sayori nods her head yes.
My eyes are blue, like Sayori's, but a deeper shade. But one of my pupils is black, but it has a white ring around it. I rub my right eye a little, and Sayori stops me. She looks deep in my eyes, my real eyes, and she hugs me tightly.
