It should be simple... (A Luke Hemmings Fanfic)

*after school*

i didnt bother to text CeCe and tell her that i wasnt coming home until later since she was probably out 'working' tonight anyways.

we decided that since we couldnt fit eight people in one car that we would have four of us go in ashtons car and four in choles to get to the mall. Bella, Luke and i got into the car with ash leaving calum and michael to go with judit and chole. but i dont think they minded to much. during the car ride  bella and ashton would not stop flirting! it was kind of awkward at first but then luke and i started to tease and mock them between eachother and when either one of them turned and looked at us we would both pretend to be in a conversation or looking out the window. it was fun, and everything is funnier when your not allowed to laugh. which was the situation luke and i were in.

by the time we got to the mall we both had tears running town our cheeks and were holding our sides from the pain all the trying to contain our laughter was causing. it was the hardest i had laughed since my mom died and if felt...amazing.

when we steped out of the car luke and i were still chuckling away at how funny we were and everyone was giving us the weirdest looks ever, but we didnt care.

"alright Claire where are we going first?" calum asked

"well i dont know, i just know that im going to get; converse, black skinny jeans, band tees, maybe a few flannels and sweaters"

i replied shrugging

"well then we had better get started shouldnt we?" luke said

we ran in and out of almost every store in there. luke insisted that we go to the dress store so we could 'be idiots and try shit on' he really was a dork, but a cute dork. he ran and grabbed a skin tight black dress and somehow convinced michael to try it on and it was hilarious! he looked so funny we laughed at him for a solid five minutes and when we were done laughing at michael we turned around and saw ash and calum we dressed up in prom outfits. Ashton was in a rosey pink dress thst went down to his ankles and calum was in a tux (im not gonna lie Calum could pull it off) and we laughed for another ten minutes at them. long story short we got kicked out of that store. after that calum and ash got a shopping cart and started pushing luke around in it. it was really cute. we started going into random stores and luke was grabbing black skinnys and band tees (in my size) and throwing them on top of him. he then made me try everything on and continuing this process in every shop. he tried to pay for my stuff but i would not let him. after my mom died i got all of her money and she was loaded. most of it im saving for college along with my money from working at star bucks. but i decided that for getting all my new stuff i would use moms money. i think she would be proud of me starting to actually be myself. now about CeCe i have no idea what she will say. but i will cross that bridge when i get to it.

by eight o'clock i had a whole new wardrobe and a bunch of new stuff to redocorate my bedroom. i had so much stuff that chole luke and i went in her car with 3/4 of my clothes in the trunk and the other in the backseat with me. then ash was the only one in his car along with all my bedroom stuff in the trunk and backseats and even some.in the passenger seat. and everyone else got a taxi to my house. just as we pulled up infront of my house i got a text from CeCe

*hey freak i'm with a client spending weekend at his u have house to yourself*

i told everyone this and also explained that we were not alowed in the basement because that was stans area. but really, i just didnt want to have to face the bed that... you know he... ya.
