| Just a Child |

Walking through the
Blissful green meadows,
Grazing her cattles,
Was a distinctive warrior,
Whose life took
Drastic twists and turns
Before, she could even mature...

Her two little kids,
Came running towards her
With muddy faces
And fresh lotus,
For their frail but
Hardworking mother.

She covered herself
With a massive,
Dull black cloth
To cover the scars,
Caused by the burns
And bruises that
Blemished her
Once soft skin...

Her little peanuts,
Were now her world.
She knew,
She was getting weak.
She knew,
Her two pregnancies
Caused alot of damage to her young body.
But, she didn't want her daughters
To face her fate,
By marrying someone,
5 decades older than she was!

Abuse!
Pain!
Tears!
Scars!
Heartaches!
Was all what she got from her marriage
But what more could you expect
From a fragile 13 year old new bride?

She didn't know
Why it happened to her!
She didn't undertstand
Why he did,what he did?
She was lost
In a small prison
She was confined to!
Because she was just a child!
Because she was just a child!
