Soon Shida came rushing to them after Isis' Spiria located Atem. "My king and queen, your alright" Shida said. "I've located Bakura. He's in a destroyed town called Kel elna." Shida said. "You guys better get back to your world. And let us take care of ours" Yama said to Yugi and the others. They rode off to get to kel Elna. "We can't just sit here and do nothing" Lisa said. "Agreed, we should figure out our next move" Yugi said.

In kel Elna it was clear that no one had lived there in some time. It felt like the place was haunted. Mana was freaking out. "I was told only evil people lived here at one point." Shida said. They started getting attacked by skeletons. Mana some how heard Mahad's voice. It gave her courage and she started fighting the monsters. Atem and Yama found where Bakura was. "Well, well, well, I expected the pharaoh but not the queen. It appears she had your new brat" Bakura said. "How dare you" Atem said.

Atem was being attacked when something surrounded him. Mahad appeared, only now he was the dark magician. Atem asked if his father really hurt people to create the Millenium items. Mahad explained his father had no idea what happened in kel Elna until years later. He took full responsibility to protect Atem. Soon Seto, Isis, Karim, and Simon came to where they were. When Isis saw Mahad she was happy. They were able to make it so Diabound couldn't hide in the darkness. The sprints of Kel Elna were angry. "It's me they want" Atem said. The sprints entered him. "No!!!" Yama yelled. Somehow the sprit of king Akhenamkhanen protected Atem. He absorbed the spirits instead and took them to the sprit realm.

Meanwhile Yugi, Lisa, Joey, Tristan and Téa, along with Bobossa were in the palace. Lisa and Yugi cam into a room full of ancient hieroglyphs. Lisa could read it but Yugi couldn't. "Any sign of there names?" Yugi asked her. She looked and looked. She knew what Atem's name was so she looked for that first. "No, I've scanned this whole wall. This isn't a list of names. It tells a story" Lisa said. "A story?" Yugi said. "I can't decipher them all right now, but I can tell it is a story." Lisa said. All of the sudden they froze. They couldn't move at all.

Back in kel Elna Yama, Atem and the others were in the same problem. Bakura was gone but Akhenaten had betrayed Atem and Yama. He collected all of the Millenium items including Yama's puzzle. He had placed it inside the bigger one. Atem could still hear Bakura's voice but Yama couldn't. Akhnaten put all of the items in the stone slab. They were awaiting Zork the dark one. Zork asked Akhnaten what he wished. Akhnaten only wished Seto would be the next king, Since Seto was his son. Somehow everyone was able to move again. Then Akhnaten was trying to get Seto to join him. It turned out that Akhnaten was Akhenamkhanen's brother. He attacked atem but a guy named Hassan blocked the attack. Seto said he would never betray the pharaoh.

Akhnaten took Seto though a portal. Atem tried to fallow but Diabound blocked him. Then black smoke filled the air. Yama was nowhere near Atem. She didn't even know where she was. She couldn't sommon a monster since she didn't have a DiaDhank and her puzzle was taken. She was able to find Isis and Karim. Karim was weak. His energy was very low. A monster started attacking and Isis used her monster to fight him but it wasn't easy. Yama stayed by Karim's side.

Soon Shida came by and started fighting the monster with his two headed Jackal Warrior. Shida went to Karim. "Shida, take the rest of my energy and save the pharaoh." Karim said. Shida hesitated but agreed. Soon Atem and Hassan came their way with Mana. Shida defeated the monster and Atem went by Karim. "My king and queen, it's been a honor serving you." Karim said. He looked at Isis. He was about to touch her face but he died. "Karim" Isis said hugging him. "I've seen enough" Atem said. He ran outside. "Wait for me" Yama said. "Alright" Atem said. He told the others to stay safe and they went to find Seto.

After riding for a while they heard a familiar Roar. "Is that?" Yama asked. "Yes, blue eyes white dragon" Atem said. They found where it was. Seto was next to the girl with white hair. They asked where Akhnaten was. He was inside Seto. He called blue-eyes white dragon, Atem called Mahad. Blue eyes destroyed mahad. Akhnaten was telling blue-eyes to kill atem but it didn't listen. It went inside Seto. Seto woke up and said Akhnaten was destroyed. He picked up the girl and kneeled by the stone with blue-eyes in it. He was crying. "Nice outfits" Kaiba said. "Kaiba? What are you doing here?" Yama asked. "I've been asking myself the same question. Am I supposed to believe that guys is an ancient version of me? Kaiba said. "His name is Seto and he was one of our most faithful priests under us" Atem said. "Listen Yugi and Lisa, you guys may think you are these hotshot pharaoh and queen but I don't believe in that nonsense" Kaiba said.

Soon darkness filled the sky. Seto put down the girl. "I'll give you a proper burial when I return kisara. I... I love you." Seto said crying. He kissed her forehead and put a blanket over her. He got on Atem's horse and the three of them went back to the city. Upon arrival they saw the army already prepared for battle. They received cheers as they got to the center of the army. "Where is Akhnaten?" Shida said. "I'm afraid he's gone" Atem said. He was about to say something else when he fell over weak. "Pharaoh" Yama said. "Sir, let me lead these men to make up for my sins" Seto said. Atem smiled. "Very well lead them." Atem said.
