I ended up falling asleep until my phone started ringing again. I opened my eyes and say that it was Alex calling. I smiled at the picture that popped up with his name. I guess I never changed it from when we were dating.

I answered the call Alex: hey I'm like 2 minutes away Evvie: ok hey when you turn down my street stop at the neighbors house Alex: why Evvie: just do it Alex: ok. End of call
I got up and walked over to the vanity and opened the drawers looking for a paper and pen and I found one. I wrote on it. Dear, family This is not my home and it will never be. I'm sorry but I'm doing what I feel I have to do. If you find this just know that I am safe. I love you all.

After I wrote the note Alex texted me and told me that he was in front of the neighbors house. I looked out the window and saw his car. I turned and looked at the door in the room then I went out the window. I walked about 2 steps and then jumped off the roof into the front yard. I was scared that someone would see me so I got up real fast and rant to Alex's car. When I got there I opened his passenger side door and got in.
On the car ride back to his house I was looking out the window my eyes were getting heavy. I was almost falling asleep when I felt Alex put his hand in mine. I turned to him and smiled, I then just watched as he was driving. The radio was playing and I was listening to all the songs and stupid commercials. Play song Then our song came on, I looked over at him and say the biggest smile on his face. He took his hand out of mine and turned the song up then put his hand back in mine.
