Evvie's POV
The doors opened and I see my mom she looked to angry. I can understand why she would be but I ran away mostly because of her. She wakes up to me so angrily she grabbed me by my ear and dragged me to the car. As she was pulling me through the court house I see Alex I mouth the words "I love you" to him, then he mouths it back.
We got to the car she has not let go of my ear at all. She opens the back seat door and throws me in there. She shut the door real fast, the when to the drivers side. I looked out the window to see the rest of my family, they all got into another car and followed us when we left.
The car ride was silent the only noise was from the wheels on the rode. I looked out the window and watched everything pas me by. A tear slide down the side of my face as I closed my eyes.
When my eyes opens it was because I felt the pulling on my ear again. My mom pulled me out of the car making me almost fall to the ground. She pulled my into the house to the kitchen table. She sat down and made me sit down. The rest of the family came in and sat down. At this moment I get like I was on that show intervention. I sat there with my head down not looking at any of them, knowing if I did I would cry.
I was playing with my ring to distract myself from the fact that I was sitting in a room with the people I ran away from. "Why" My mom said. I picked my head up at looked her her. "Why did you run away"
I looked back down at my ting not wanting to answer the question. A tear fell out of my eye and hit my hand, I didn't even know that I was crying.
"Answer me Evvie, what is the reason?" My mom said getting angry. I didn't want to get into a big fight but with my mom that's the only thing she wants to do. I looked over to her and my eyes started watering. She just shook her head when she sat me almost crying.
"Was it because Alex" She yelled at me. What she yelled at me I lost it I couldn't control the tears falling down my face. She got up in my face and yelled again. "You ran away with Alex because you a stupid little girl that doesn't know how to control her feelings or the way she acts" I looked down crying even harder. I didn't scream back at her because I was in shock and if I would have tried nothing would have came out.
My mom put her hand on my face harshly get my chin and squeeze my cheeks, picking my face up so I was looking at her. "There will be no more acting up from you or there will be severe consequences do you hear me." My mom was so angry her voice was so serious. I just nodded my head yes.
" We have new rules in this house for you" My mom said. Then she handed me a piece of paper that said EVVIES EVERY DAY RULES.
1. No phone till I think you are ready
2. No asking for your phone
3. No phone after 7pm
4. No one is allowed to come over
5. You are not allowed to go anywhere unless Grandma, grandpa or I am with you
6. When school starts one of us 3 adults will drive you and picked you up every day.
7. Your bed time is now 9pm on week days
8. Weekend bedtime is 9:30
9. If you want money you have to work for it it will not be handed over
10. You can not buy anything without my permission or your grandparents
11. Your bedroom door has been taken of and will not be put back on till I think the time is right
12. If you go outside it can not be in the front yard it has to be in the back and you have to be supervised
13. If you would like to go somewhere for a special occasion you need to write an essay to the 3 of us on why we should let you go
14. Special occasions are only birthdays, deaths, school projects
15. If you do not eat everything you put on your plate at dinner you will sit there till it is all go
16. No unhealthy foods and no treats when you deserve them then you might get them
17. You are not allowed to get anything lower then a 90% on anything that you do in school.
18. Every morning I will lay out an outfit for you and that is what you will ware for the day.
19. When you close are dirty you will wash them.
20. If you want to watch tv you have to ask and that goes for using your laptop also
21. If there is something that is not on the list that you are not sure if you can or can't do the answer is no.
