Christopher was right, I don't know why he was so concerned. He was never concerned the previous times we broke up, so why now? I got of my thoughts when we pulled into the mall parking lot. Christopher parks the car and we get out, we walk inside the mall and go shopping.

After shopping for almost 45 minutes we started to get hungry, so we went over to the food court. When we get to the food court we find a table and put our stuff down. With me being the person I am I was scared to leave our bags at the table with no one sitting there. Christopher asked me what I wanted and I told him, I sat at the table while he went and got our food. While I was sitting at the table I was on my phone, doing the normal checking my social media's. While checking them I get a Snapchat I role my eyes when I see that it's from Alex. I wanted to ignore it so much but part of me wanted to see what he sent me. I open the Snapchat and see that it is this.

I instantly regret opening it. I didn't know what to say so I just left him on open, I closed out of my Snapchat and locked my phone. I waited for Christopher to come back to the table. When he sat down I couldn't wait to eat I grabbed my food and just started eating it like I have eaten in 10 years. When we were in the middle of eating my phone get a notification it's Alex texting me

I left him on read, I don't understand why he can't take the hint. He just needs to leave me alone! I put my phone back down on the table angrily. Christopher looks up at me and asks me what wrong.
Christopher POV.
What's wrong Evvie? I asked her after he basically slammed her phone onto the table.
Alex is what's wrong he won't take the hint that I don't want to be with him!!! She kinda yelled when saying that
After she said that I thought to myself. Why won't he take the hint she doesn't want him, he has to be like obsessed with her or something. I feel really bad for her she is just trying to live her life and she has him weighing her down. I was brought back into reality when Evvie started talking.

What do you mean another? I asked
When you were in line he sent me one and he just sent me another one. She said rolling her eyes

Because I didn't want to make us hanging out into a us talking about Alex all day. But it seems like it has turned into that. She said with a sad tone.

She nodded her head yeah so we stopped talking about him. We were both doing eating I got up and threw away all of out stuff, we then started shopping again. We walked into one of my favorite stores and I found a bunch of shirts I like. I went and tried them on every time I put a new one on I showed Evvie.
Evvie 's POV
Every time Christopher would come out and show me the shirts he picked out I would smile so hard. He was doing almost a little fashion show, he would do little turns and funny walks to try and make me laugh and it worked. He walked back into the dressing room to put on another shirt. I was smiling just waiting to see what he was going to do next, then my phone buzzes in my pocket. I grabbed my phone and say that Alex was calling me I role my eyes and declined the call. Christopher Walked out and did a cart wheel and fell I laughed so hard until he didn't get up. I hurried up and went over to him, I got done to the floor and was asking if he was ok. He was just sayings with pain, I was so worried he wasn't ok. Where does it hurt I asked him as I move some of his hair out of his face. He sat up and said he was sorry I was so confused. What are you sorry for I asked him. He responded with I'm sorry that I just pranked you. I got up and gave him a wtf look. I thought you were hurt I yelled at him when he was getting up. He was laughing at me I hit him in the arm and told him to never do that again. He went back into the dressing room to put his actual shirt back on. He got all the shirts that he wanted and we walked up to the counter to pay.
When we went up to the counter he put his shirts on the counter and the girl scanned then. When she was scanning the shirts she started talking to us.
Lady: I saw you two over there you guys are such a cute couple. Evvie: oh we're not a couple Christopher: yeah Lady: Oh I'm so sorry I just assumed by the way you two were acting and how close you two clearly are. Evvie: oh well it's ok but we're just friends Christopher: yeah were just friends
Christopher and I both looked at each other weirdly and awkwardly laughed. He paid the lady for the shirts and we left the store. We didn't feel like shopping anymore to we walked out to his car and drove to my house.
