Chloe sat on her bed with her earbuds in, listening to her favorite podcast. Her day had been pretty normal: she went to school, attempted to learn, and kept Lila from pouncing on people. It was all quite exhausting, and all she really wanted to do was lounge around and chill. The night after she met Rena Rouge, Chloe had gone and bought Pollen luxury, cheap, doll furniture. She assumed her kwami would want to live in style, which Pollen enjoyed thoroughly. The small bee would fly around and lay on the heavily padded doll bed. She could snore louder than any person alive. Chloe couldn't even fully comprehend it. "Chloe!" Pollen's eyes shot open and she flew quickly to her holder. "We have to go. Now!"

"What? W- what are you even talking about?"

"Rena Rouge just called you!" Chloe looked down at her phone. Nothing popped up.

"Uh, no she didn't."

"She called Queen Bee. Whenever you're not transformed, I can hear the voicemails, read the messages... the point is, there's an akuma."

"What! I-I-I'm not ready for this! I'm barely even a hero. I've only used my special power once, and I've never even fought anyone except for my mother!" Chloe was hyperventilating.

"Yes you can! Rena believes in you... and besides, you can't just let Paris crumble to dust. This is your home, and it's your time to stand up and fight for it. Say the words, or I'll just go in the miraculous myself."

"You wouldn't." Pollen opened her mouth, but Chloe didn't really want to know. If Pollen really could do that, she didn't want to find out. It just made her feel strange. "Fine." She said, pulling it together. "Pollen, buzz on!"

Rena Rouge had been on the scene for twenty minutes, scouting the area. The akuma appeared to be a young man, possibly in his late teens, early twenties. His features were gorgeous, absolutely irresistible. There was no possible way a man could be born like that. His face was symmetrical, his eyes large and every color possible. He was lean and muscular, and had the most beautiful blond locks Alya had ever seen. "He doesn't seem like an akuma. He just looks... beautiful."

"Looks can be deceiving." Queen Bee said, landing next to Rena Rouge on the rooftop. She seemed stressed, sweat beaded across her temples.

"So the princess says." Rena spoke in a hushed tone, handing Queen Bee a small mason jar. She opened her trompo and placed the jar inside, sealing the lid.

"Yes. I saw him use his power on the news. He's making people... not look the most desirable." Chloe chose her words carefully. She didn't want to start this off rocky. "In their opinions, at least." They both looked down at the akuma, his eyes searching for his perpetrators. "What do you think happened to make him this upset?"

"Well, he's the most beautiful man I've ever seen before... and you say he's making people unattractive? I... I have no idea." The akuma turned towards their voices, a purple butterfly forming around his eyes.

"I am Prom King. The most handsome man always rules, that's what I've learned. From now on, everyone will be inferior to my beauty, and those who battered me ... will be put down." The final words of Prom King sent shivers down Alya's spine. "Rena Rouge. Hawkmoth tells me you've been saying crude things about me. The only way to make me forgive you, is to give me your miraculous."

"She will do no such thing!" Queenie screamed from the roof. Prom King looked at her inquisitively, another butterfly forming over his dazzling eyes.

"Who dare speaks back to their king?!"

"Queen Bee, your majesty." She said with a bow. Chloe decided that she wanted to be the hero that conforms, the one that goes along with the victims. "I did not mean to disobey you, but Rena Rouge isn't the one tearing you down. It's the man who you call Hawkmoth!"
