Pumasok ka sa auditorium, at agad mong nakita ang pamilyang del Pilar. Nakita ka ni Goyo, at nilapitan ka n'ya. "Andito ka na pala. Sinabi sa'min ni Kuya na pupunta ka." Nung lumapit na kayo sa mga inuupuan nila, nagbeso ka sa mama at papa nila. "Aba, andito na ang best friend daw ni Julian," ang bati ni Felipa sa'yo, "kayo na ba?" Tumawa ka na lang at umupo sa tabi ni Jacinto, ang bunso ng pamilya. "Grabe naman, tita Feli. Best friends lang naman po talaga kami."

"Ay, hindi ako naniniwala na best friends lang kayo," ang sabi ni Fernando, "Kami ng tita Feli mo ay nagsimula din sa best friends na yan. Oh, ngayon, meron na kaming anim na anak!"

Mahal na mahal mo ang pamilyang del Pilar. Nung una kang dinala ni Julian sa bahay nila sa Bulacan, agad ka ding minahal ng parents at ng mga kapatid n'ya.

After a while, the program started. Second category pa sina Julian, so you decided to walk out of the auditorium to get some snacks. Sinama mo na din si Cinto para ililibre mo ng snacks. "Wait up!"

You turned around, and Goyo was sprinting towards you. "Oh, bili ka din ng snacks?"

"Ah, hindi. Gusto ko lang muna maglakad-lakad habang wala pa yung category ni Kuya." Nung malapit na kayo sa stalls, biglang tumakbo si Cinto para pumili na ng gusto nya. "Alam mo," Goyo said, "totoong gustong gusto ka nina mama't papa para kay Kuya Julian. Kaso, I learned from him na he's courting his dance partner."

"Oo nga eh. He told me that last week. Suportahan na lang natin s'ya." you said with a smile, pero deep inside parang ang sarap nang sakalin ni Julian. Cinto called for your attention, at pinakita sa'yo yung Topps na hinahawakan nya. "Eto po gusto ko! Tsaka po C2! Yung red!"

After n'yong bumili ay bumalik na kayo sa auditorium. Medyo napuno na yung seats, some of the students were from your school. Of course, 'pag dancer, tapos pogi, pupuntahan talaga nyan ng mga students, especially the girls. You smiled at that thought, and made your way to your seats. Nagstart na yung second category, and Julian never told any of you kung anong number sila.

The dances of the other schools were great. You were amazed by the minds of their trainers and how they managed to create a dance routine even if they danced to the classics.

"And now, please give a round of applause for contestants number 7!"

The girls from our school clapped and cheered, and there he was on stage.

He was shirtless, and he was wearing white ballet tights with red stripes at the sides. Very Freddie Mercury, nice, you thought. Lory was wearing a sparkly silver leotard, her hair was pulled neatly into a beautiful french bun.

Bohemian Rhapsody played, and almost everyone cheered. Who wouldn't recognize the greatest song ever written? The two started to dance, and you looked at his parents' faces, and Goyo and Cinto's as well. They were all surprised, amazed, proud.

The dance ended, and they held their last pose, and everyone cheered, howled, and clapped. The family gave them a standing ovation. Julian spotted them in the audience as they bowed.

"Kuya, mabigat po ba partner n'yo?"

Julian ruffled Cinto's hair as they walked to the car. You followed because tita Feli offered that they'd drive you back to your dorm. "'Di naman, strong kaya ang Kuya Julian mo!" Julian lifted Cinto and placed him over his shoulders, the younger boy giggled.

"'Ma," Julian said, turning to his mom, "may ipapakilala ako sa inyo soon."

"May nililigawan kang iba?" ang sabi ng mama n'ya, surprised, "gustong gusto ko pa naman kayong dalawa."

"'Ma, I'm sure you'll like her."

You all got into the car, the four of you in the back seat. You offered to have Cinto on your lap, since you love the youngest del Pilar the most. "Hija, pwede mo bang ituro sa'min ang daan papunta sa dorm mo?" tanong ni tito Fern. You were about to say yes, but then Julian said, "Dad, ako na magtuturo."

His parents gave each other a knowing look.

The car stopped at your dorm. "Yay! Andito na dorm ko!" you exclaimed. Cinto whined, and hugged you. "mamimiss po kita. Hindi ka na po kasi dinadala ni Kuya sa Bulacan." Hinalikan mo sa pisngi ang bata at hinawakan ang kanyang mukha. "Promise, pagkatapos ng sem na 'to, bibisita ako don." The child cheered, and hugged you once more.

"Oh, tama na yan, Cinto. Nagseselos na ang Kuya." Julian peeled Cinto off of you, and you got off the car. Julian got off, too. Nilakad ka n'ya sa tapat ng gate, and he stared at you. "Ano?" tanong mo sa kanya.

Kalma, heart.

He pulled you into a hug, and your heart was almost did a back flip. "Salamat sa pagpunta."

"Sus,"you said, rubbing his back, "basta ikaw."

He pulled away from you, and ran his fingers through his hair. "Mahal na mahal ka talaga ni Jacinto."

"Well, mahal na mahal ko din yung batang yun. Basta, bibisitahin ko kayo sa Bulacan sa sembreak natin."

Julian gave you a warm smile, and then he brushed the hair out of your face. Ay Dios ko. Bumusina bigla si tito Fern, sabay baba ng bintana. "Oh? Ano na? Uuwi pa kami ng Bulacan, kaya tama na muna yang panliligaw, Julian!" sigaw ni tito. Julian chuckled, and he said goodbye. "See you bukas?" he shouted as the car started to move. You gave him a thumbs up as a reply.

"Josko, ang landi naman pala ng del Pilar na yan!" 'ika ni Feli. Bumisita daw kay Remy.

"Yan nga yung sinasabi ko sa kanya, Felicidad."

You just walked out of the bathroom, tapos 'yon yung bubungad sa'yo. "Nag-iingat naman po ako, mga ate." Feli scoffed. "Dapat doble ingat."

You rolled your eyes at them and walked to your room. "Magmahal ka na lang ng babae, kagaya namin ni Remy. Minahal namin ang isa't isa." Sabi ni Feli, sabay yakap sa kasintahan. "Sumuko na kami sa mga lalakeng yan." dagdag ni Remy.

"Eh, nag-iingat nga ako. Resbak nyo na lang ako 'pag gagawa ng kagaguhan tong si Julian."

"Umupo ka nga dito." Remy said, opening a huge bag of Chippy. You sat down beside them, and grabbed a handful from the bag. "'Wag kang papaloko, please. May back-up pa kami 'pag nangyari 'yon."

"Oo, alam ko. Si Kuya Enteng."

"Alam mo kung gaano ka kamahal ng Kuya Enteng mo. Kahit ang lambot nyan kay Joven, magiging strong talaga yan 'pag dating sa atin, lalo na sa'yo."

Mahal ka din ng barkada ni Remy. Ang swerte mo kahit na malayo ka sa pamilya mo, may nagpoprotekta pa rin sayo.
