Snappy gasped at what he had explained. "D-death?"

The therapist nodded. "Yes," he said. "Though, it is rare that this medicine would cause death to people who take it, even if they follow the instructions. I just wanted to let you know because everybody is different. The bodies will react differently."

"Oh..." He gulped. "...so...how rare is it?"

"Very rare. But I would keep an eye on her to see if anything goes wrong. Death is a probability."

Shelly examined the small pills that were in the bottle. "I will take my chances," she said. "I want to stop acting crazy and seeing things that are not actually there."

Snappy placed his hands on his lap and tried his best to make them stop shaking. He was nervous. Extremely. He knew the truth. That Shelly was not imagining the tie and scarf and going insane. He and Mary-Ellen were setting her up. Now, there was a chance - even though that it was rare - that Shelly could die. He did not want that to happen. Not to her. He hated his twin brother, Slappy, but he loved Shelly.

Should he tell her the truth?

"Shelly...I..." he started, when he was interrupted by the door opening.

It was Slappy.

"Snappy?" he said. "What are you doing here?"
