11. halloween

It became an unspoken etiquette within the compound ever since Loki and Thor moved to live here with the Avengers. For whatever reason, the kid took the matter into his own hands and determined it was his duty to teach the Odinson brothers just how things worked on Earth.

Watch Disney movies - checked. Parker crossed the topic out of his 'to make mister Loki and mister Thor do' list after he successfully invited (forced) the two brothers into some Disney Movies Marathon Nights with him. Peter even noted the God of Thunder seemed to favor Lion King while the God of Mischief appeared to relate to Elsa from Frozen a bit too much.

"Is she adopted? Tell me she's adopted!"

"Well it's not specifically stated in the movie, but I think she is! Because both her parents and her sister have brown hair, but she's a blonde! And she's the only one with magic... mister Loki, sir, are... are you crying?"

"What? No, of course not..." (sobbing harder at the scene where Elsa had a mental breakdown and lost control over her magic at the Coronation's ball, and everybody called her a monster... and then grabbed Thor's cape to blow his nose)

"EWWW LOKI THAT IS GROSS WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?! LET GO OF MY CAPE IMMEDIATELY *$#!!!#*&%!#!**%#$&!!!!!!" (Swearing in Asgardian)

Putting his notebook back in his jacket and tugged the pen behind his ear, Peter's gaze happened to land on the calendar and his eyes widened when it hit: tomorrow is Halloween! Gosh, he almost forgot. It'd be mister Loki and mister Thor's fist Halloween. Pete knew immediately he had work to do. It was his priority to make this Halloween the most special for the two brothers.

"Ugh, son of Stark, what's with all these things around the compound?" Thor asked once he entered the living room, referring to all the decorations Peter had bombarded the entire place with until it turned into some kind of a haunted mansion.

"It's Halloween, mister Thor"

"What is Halloween?" Loki asked, annoyance visibly in his voice as he tried to get the cobwebs out of his hair.

"Well, it's the day we celebrate the dead. Traditionally, it's the time where the line between the two worlds becomes blurred, and the dead can walk among us. So we wear masks and costumes as a sort of protection... you know so the ghosts would think we're one of them and leave us alone. But now, it's mostly just for fun. Kids dress up and go from door to door to get candy from neighbors, it's called Trick or Treat. Teens dress in something... well, slutty and get drunk. Or some times, people can just stay inside and watch horror movies"

"The Trick or Treat sounds fun"

"Stay inside seems like my kind of night" Thor and Loki spoke at the same time.

Thor, of course, already very excited about the candy part while Loki just wanted a normal night inside, alone with his books and his homicidal thoughts. Little did the Odinson brothers know, they didn't have a choice because Peter already got everything planned out "Oh, don't worry, we will do both! This way, everybody's happy!" Spider Child announced cheerfully. And Thor let out a yayyy while Loki just rolled his eyes. The God of Mischief knew when it came to Peter Benjamin Parker, there was no escape.

Peter was very thoughtful about his costume. Since he was going to take mister Loki and mister Thor out for their first ever Trick or Treat, he believed dressing up as one of them would make the other feel less loved (even though both Thor and Loki insisted it wouldn't) So he dressed up as both of them. It was a combination of Thor's crimson cape and Loki's gold helmet. The most difficult task was getting Loki's precious helmet...
