School started too early in the morning. Obviously. Way too early. But the plan was already in motion. Kitty was waiting by the door for Kyle. She knew what she was supposed to do.

Caitlyn was no where to be seen, and Zoe was making sure Ashton and Nada were somewhere near each other.

Nada felt uncomfortable, but Sabine felt finally in control. Maybe Nada's obsessive compulsive disorder wasn't really there in the first place? Maybe it was Sabine all along.

Nada noticed Kyle, talking to Kitty. She was running her hands through his hair, he was trying to grab her hand. To stop her? To flirt? Were they flirting?! Nada felt her face go red with anger, jealousy. Ashton wrapped his arm around Nada's waist, holding her back from confronting her boyfriend.

"Hey, babe, slow down. You know, maybe he wasn't worth it all along?"

She rolled her eyes in disgust. Now Ashton was making passes at her. "KYLE!" She screamed. The hall went silent. "KYLE!"

Ashton slapped his hand over her mouth. Ouch! She bit down on his hand till she tasted blood.

"Dammit!" He yelled.

"Kyle, what are you doing?!" Nada demanded, getting away from Ashton.

"Nada, I'm not doing anything. I swear. Kit was just-"

"Oh, shut up. I saw it from where I was standing." Nada snapped.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

It was class time. Nada spun on her heel and stomped to first hour.

--

The rest of the day went without Nada and Kyle talking. They didn't text after school, and Nada didn't ask for an explaination. In all honesty, she knew exactly what this was- Sabine's plan to dominate. And Nada wasn't going to let her win. She had her very own plan forming, whether or not Kyle knew.

At one in the morning, Nada rolled over and grabbed the phone. She dialed Kyle's cell number and waited. To her surprise, he actually answered.

"Hel, hello?" A groggy Kyle asked.

"Hey, Kyle, I need to talk to you."

"It's one in the morning, babe."

"I know. But I didn't want to risk Sabine overhearing. Don't turn on your light and just listen. Go along with it this week. Flirt back with Kit, follow in my fights. Hit Ashton once. I have a feeling this weekend is what she's been planning for."

Either he had fallen back asleep, or he was waiting for more.

"You still there, babe?"

"Yeah, yeah. Fight, follow, flirt."

"Kyle," Nada said slowly. "I- I love you."

"I love you, too." There was a smile in his voice. His sexy voice. "I'll let you go. Get some sleep."

He was asleep before she even hung up. She knew that. She was just afraid of what this wicked witch had up her sleeve.

She rolled over and lay on her stomach. Kale and Jeff were here until next Monday. A whole week. And Sabine would hurt them. And Nada didn't want them hurt.

She sighed and rolled over again. The stars above her glowed a bright green colour and she half smiled remembering Kyle's ceiling. She wished that she could be there. She was safer there.

Sighing again, she rolled over. She needed to sleep! Why the hell couldn't she sleep?!

She turned on her lamp and grabbed a book she had never seen the spine to before. She opened it and saw that there was hand writing in it. What was this?
