It didn't take Logan long to convince the family to check out the house on the south side. It also didn't take long to find the house. It was on the border of the south and north side.
Fae smiles as she looks up at the house from the driveway. It's a cute two story farm house. To the left of the house was a big old red barn that needed some (a lot of) work and to the right was a two car garage. The deed had said that the property was 20 acres of land. That was more than enough room for Fae to put a horse or two on. Fae misses the horses on her mothers farm, two in particular, penny and her baby starlight. They were her horses, penny had been a gift from Jim when Fae was five.
"The barn looks like it's going to need a lot of work. But the house, were going to need someone to look over it. Make sure there's no mold or anything. The garage looks relatively new. It should be fine."
Fae beams at her father. "Thanks dad! Do you think you can do a once over real quick then we can send a professional in?" Her father nods and she hands him the key that says house on it. She looks down at Logan. "Want to go check out my car?" She asks and he nods before running towards the garage.
"Hey! Wait up!" Fae laughs as she follows after her little brother at a much slower pace. He doesn't slow down until he gets to the garage door and finds out he can't open it because it's locked. He pouts as he waits for his sister.
Fae smirks and slows down. Logan groans loudly and leans against the door. This only makes Fae laugh again.
Once she reaches the door Fae unlocks it and Logan is quick to enter. Fae shakes her head and follows behind him. She finds the light switch quickly and flips it, and to her surprise the lights turn on. She thought for sure the power would be off.
The first thing she sees is a dark green jeep. It's not brand new but it honestly can't be that old either, a few years tops. Fae honestly kind of loves it. She's always been a jeep girl. She walks around it checking it out, it's beautiful to her.
On the other side of the jeep is the bike. It's black, sleek and sexy. It's the kind of bike Fae would ride if she was a Serpent. Fae snorts at the idea. She's too, well Fae, to be a Serpent.
