"Okay guys," I said clapping my hands together. "The bridesmaids and groomsmen will walk out after Ryan so Ryan is already there. Jack you'll pick up the ukulele and play play play while dad and I walk down," I said, trying to direct traffic of the wedding.
"How many measures is that?" Jack asked, raising his hand slightly.
"When my father and I pass the first pews and stop here," I said, stomping my foot onto the spot where we would stop. "You strum an ending place for the song, okay?"
"Got it," He said. We went through the wedding ceremony a millions of times, trying to iron out every detail we could before tomorrow. Ryan could sense my stress and stopped me.
"Hey," he whispered to me to calm me down. "It's okay, it doesn't matter as long as we get married, right?"
"It doesn't matter as long as we get married," I repeated to him. "I just want it to be perfect."
"I know you do love," He said in a loving tone. "Someone could crash the wedding or say the reject and it would still be perfect."
"Oh gosh don't say that," I said, covering my eyes at the thought of that happening.
"No one would do that," he said, calming me down.
"Oh I know someone who would," I said to him. "Starts with Nat and ends with ilie."
"Stop, she's in California now," he said, holding onto my hand. "She's gone."
I took a deep breath in and let it out.
"You're right," I said, letting out my frustrations. "I'm just thinking of the worst of the worst."
"When the best of the best will happen," he said and kissed the top of my forehead. "I love you, baby girl."
"I love you too," I said and took him in and he kissed me. "Can we run it one more time?"
Everyone groaned and I ran back to the doors of the church as Ryan picked up the ukulele to play again, this time hitting his cue on time.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife," the pastor said to us. "Kiss kiss kiss."
Ryan attacked my face with sloppy kisses, making everyone laugh in the echoey church.
"Ryan!" I laughed and he swung me up in his arms, holding me bridal style.
"Bye everyone!" He yelled behind him and he ran towards the church doors.
They swung open and the chilly spring air hit our skin. He set me down and before I could even say anything, pushed me against the brick wall of the church and connected his lips against mine.
"You're so hot," he said, kissing me stupidly. "Got a boyfriend?"
"Yes," I responded to him laughing. "A husband actually."
"A husband?" He said, fake questioning me. "Well how does your husband feel if we go sneak off for a little bit before your big day, huh?"
"I don't know," I said smirking at him, toying with him. "Why don't you ask him for yourself."
"Okay," Ryan said. "He said he's cool with it."
He attacked my neck again, making me yell out with giggles and moans.
"C'mon," He said, pulling away from my neck. "Let's sneak off and never come back."
"I'm in," I smiled and took his outreached hand into mine.
I let out a yelp as he took off into a sprint towards the getaway car, climbing into the backseat.
"I swear, if your parents wander out here and see us," I said and I took off my shirt, looking back towards the closed doors.
He grabbed my face lightly and directed my attention towards him.
"That's the fun of it," He said and attached his lips on mine, sending shocks down my spine and a spark through my body.
"I cannot wait for you to be Mrs. Ryan Metzger," He said in between our kissed.
"I can't wait to be Mrs. Ryan Joshua City Boy Metzger either," I laughed, holding his face in mine. "I love you forever."
"I love you forever," he repeated, and kissed my lips gently, pushing me towards the car door for support.
