Watching it all unfold before my eyes, seeing them together knowing that they had no idea I was only metres above them was more than comforting, he kept his distance and even though I saw him smile a few times I could notice his stand off posture, he was more interested in what was happening around him than the big red ray of sunshine beauty standing right in front of him. Not to mention mikes poor attempt at commentary which did make me crack a smile it was actually Enough to convince me that I had over reacted.
"I think we're leaving soon are you coming?" I ask mike once his eyes leave Ethan
"Yea I think the night is over" he says sounding distracted as he turns leaning back against the rail in deep thought
"No luck with davina" I say hiding my smile
My words bring him out of his thoughts as he looks to me with a grin
"I already got lucky" he says with a smirk

"Smack the booty than run right?" I say laughing turning to leave as he stops me
He motions for me to take a seat which confuses me slightly as i thought we were going to get ready to leave.
"I know alpha Hanes well, how is his new pup doing? ... Noah isn't it? He says as he takes a seat
I pause for a moment in the sudden conversation change he's never asked me about my old pack before I take a seat next to him as he hands me a beer, I don't even like beer and sure as hell don't need anymore, I still feel a bit of a buzz but the nausea feeling has sided
"I haven't actually spoke to him since I left, apart from being my alpha I didn't really know him on a personal level" I answer while taking a sip of the beer.. yuck! Least in the beer bong you just swallow and it's fun if dumbass didn't make me lose, I mentally roll my eyes again
"Noah that's a nice name" I say as I hand him his beer back
"How do you know him? we are a days drive from midnight blue" doesn't sound far but packs don't usually venture long distances unless.. well many reasons I guess now, since becoming Luna and working through things in Ethan's office it has given a clearer view on the runnings of a pack.
Mike chuckles
"There's history between mine and your old pack from the alphas who reigned before, Ryan use to visit with his father... well we were only kids back than but we have remained good friends since"
I nod my head as I look up to see alpha ashwood enter the balcony we are seated on, great
"Am I interrupting" he asks as he continues to take a seat across from us not caring if our reply was a yes or no
"Not at all alpha ashwood, please join us, it's quite a party you have thrown here, surely tops the usual alpha meetings This place holds"
Mike sits back comfortably as he raises his beer to him
"Cheers"
Alpha ashwood smiles a he nods along raising his glass "cheers"
"Oh please excuse my rudeness I would like you to meet Luna West" he says waving a hand over to me
I sit there as I watch them look to me I've already met him even so much as had his crotch run up against my ass, so I just give him a forced smile.
