My father shouted downstairs, "Elle ... Noah ... come to dinner, we brought pizza." We remained tangled, Noah looked at me with those extremely sexy eyes, how I missed him during that time. I smiled and kissed him ... we were starting all over again and had to stop and hold his hands.
"We have pizza," I said.
"I want you, not pizza ..." he replied and I smiled.
"My dad called, my uncle and my aunt are here too ..." he would not let me talk, he was hugging and kissing me again, of course it was wonderful, but we could not take forever... "Let me get dressed Noah" I said giving a little kiss in his nose and smiling.
I got up and started looking at my clothes ... it was cold and I already assumed that I was going to sleep at his house, so besides dressing, I had to prepare a bag.
He still laid, covering only the underside of his body with my towel ... at those times, when I looked at him there, with that breathtaking abs, I could feel myself even more in love.
"I do not mind seeing you naked ... why do you have to dress?" he said softly and smiled
"My love ... we need to go down to have dinner ... and you'll have plenty of time to see me naked later." I finally decided to put on a pair of jeans and a fluffy sweatshirt I had bought in San Diego
He got up and dressed, helped me get another suitcase. I made a ponytail, put on a light makeup and went down.
I finished the stairs and stopped ... I must have been whiter than a paper, or at least that's what I felt ... Joe, his father and Maggie were with my family in the living room. For a moment I wanted to go back to my room with Noah ... of course I wanted Joe and Noah to meet each other, but not now and not today, especially since I still had to tell Noah about the kiss ... I forced one smile and my Aunt Candy came to us.
"You look so beautiful, my dear Elle, and Noah, you're even taller than the last time we met! I can not believe how you two grew up ... It's been four years since we last saw you. I can imagine that Lee must also be a man now. Ah ... how happy I am to see you Elle." She hugged me, I always liked her so much and I was so sad when they moved to London.
Uncle Phil greeted us too, and inevitably it was time for introductions ... I took Noah's hand and walked toward Joe.
"Noah, this is Joe, our school friend who moved to LA with his family after Thanksgiving." His hand went harder than usual, but his eyes were really calm and I felt a relief.
"Nice to meet you, Joe. Lee and my parents talked a lot about you, welcome to LA, you met only the best people in town." He shook Joe's hand and smiled sincerely.
"Hi Noah, nice to meet you too. Everyone talks a lot about you, especially Elle." Joe smiled and I looked up at Noah who winked at me with that smirking smile and his dimple ... my heart flashed with happiness.
I also introduced Joe and Maggie's father, they were all so kind, and Maggie was charmed with Noah. He always had a special way with children. Brad had adored him since he was little.
Dinner was very good, my uncle told us about the possibility of coming back to California, but he was in doubt between San Francisco and San Diego (at that moment Joe and I exchanged a quick glance that made my spine freeze), it would all depend on where his company would be better equipped. My uncle had a construction company, he stayed 4 years in London because he closed many contracts in Europe, but they never got used to living there. I was happy with the possibility of their return.
"And you two ... I always thought you'd be together one day ... Elle always had a crush on Noah" my aunt was trying to make me blush, but in fact I did not care about that kind of comment any more, Noah already knew that, and how we laughed at it last summer when June released the bomb before anyone even realized we were together.
