Pathetic. I'm so pathetic, I literally can barely keep myself sane around Zion since I grew a crush on him.

Caleb Zion Kuwonu is my bestfriend. He has been since we were five and he first moved in next door from my house.

Our bedroom windows are connected by a huge tree branch. Sometimes we would both climb out of our window and sit on the branch looking up at the stars.

Worst thing about the whole bestfriend thing is that I've grown to love him more than a bestfriend.

I know he will never feel the same way because he sees me like a little sister, and plus he has a girlfriend, Audreyana.

Audreyana is popular, gorgeous, and a total bitch. She's the worst especially towards me since Zion is my bestfriend. She feels threatened by me.

I tried to tell Zion that I like him, sometimes I would give off some signals and he never catches on. Leaving me dead cold in the friend zone.

What pains me is when Zion and Audreyana make out in front of me. I would physically want to throw up, and my heart breaks.

"y/n, what are you doing?" Zion said climbing through my window into my room.

"Huh?"

"We have school! Put on your shoes." I quickly grabbed my f/s and slipped it on my feet.

I grabbed my backpack, took my phone off the charger and me and Zion walked downstairs. We walked into the kitchen and saw my mom cooking breakfast.

"Good morning y/n, Good morning Zion." My mom greeted us. We said good morning back and took a seat at the table.

"Zion Breakfast." My mom said. My mom put a plate of food in front of me.

"Oh, no thanks."

"I wasn't asking." My mom said. After me and Zion was eating, we said goodbye to my mom and started walking to school.

A few minutes of walking a car pulls up besides us. It was Audreyana and her friends. "Hey babe, hop in."

"Oh, there's only one seat left." Zion said. She did this on purpose she knows me and Zion always walk to school together.

"I'm sure y/n would be fine with the extra exercise, she needs it." Wow, did she just called me fat? That's low.

"y/n, you wouldn't mind if I got a ride right?" Zion asked.

"Are you serious?"

"I'll see you at school alright." He said then walk over to Audreyana car and hopped in. Audreyana then immediately grabbed Zion's face and smashed her lips onto his.

She then looked at me, and smirked. Then they drove off. He is the worst bestfriend ever. First, he lets his girlfriend insult me and didn't stick up for me, and then he ditched me.

I made it to school and went straight to my locker. I put my stuff in my locker and walked to class. While walking to class, I saw Zion and his other friends Brandon, Edwin, Austin, and Nick. I continue to walk.

"Hey y/n!" Zion said. I completely ignored him and walked past him and his friends.

"Oh damn, dude did y/n just give you the cold shoulder?" Austin asked. Yes I did and to be honest I don't care if it hurted his feelings.

Zion continue to scream my name and I continue to walk to my class.

I made it to my class and was not in the mood today, I sat in the back and got supplies ready to take notes.

As the bell rung everyone made their way into the class. Zion soon walked in and he spotted me, he walked over to the empty seat next to me and sat down.

I pretended that he didn't exist. I can feel his stare on me. The teacher started her lesson and I quickly take down my notes.

"Did I do something wrong?" He asked. I ignored him and continued to write. "So your not going to talk to me?" Nothing. "Whatever I did I'm sorry." I scoffed.

He doesn't even know what he did. Unbelievable. I raised my hand and the teacher called on me.

"Yes ms. l/n."

"Can I moved my seat? this seat is quite annoying and disruptive." She points to the seat in the front and I grabbed my stuff and moved to the front, leaving a confused Zion behind

Eventually lunch came along and I sat at a table by myself. I was on my Snapchat making videos and posting them.

Then I heard a bunch of noise and Zion and Audreyana come in with a whole posse behind them. I rolled my eyes and continued to scroll through peoples snaps.

Then out of nowhere, a bunch of people took at my table, Zion and Audreyana included. I groaned out loud and got up from the table and went to another table. I could feel eyes on me but I didn't care.

I put my headphones in and ignored the sounds of the loud cafeteria.

After a long day at school I walked home by myself. When I got home I went to my room and started my homework but I couldn't because I have a lot on my mind.

I miss my dad he lives all the way in PA and I only visit him during the summer. He gives the best advice. He loves me more than my mom does but if I could I would go live with dad I would but my mom would be all alone, and my dad would have his daughter and girlfriend.

I laid down on my bed and rubbed my forehead. I heard my window being open. I sit up and there is Zion climbing into my bedroom.

"Why are you here? Please leave?"

"Why are you mad at me? What did I do to make you hate me so quickly?" I stood up from my bed and get closer to him.

"Oh you really wanna know?"

"Yes"

"Well, For starters you let your psychotic bitch of a girlfriend insult me, and then you ditched me, like I was a side bitch."

"Don't talk about Audreyana that way, and I didn't ditched you, I told you I'll see you later."

"Oh your quick to defend your princess, but not the girl you've known for 13 years, and yes you did, I didn't even tell you how I would feel and you just hopped in her car."

"That's my girlfriend!" He screamed.

"And I'm your bestfriend!" I screamed back. "Or nowadays it's your girlfriend over bestfriend."

"Why are you acting like this?"

"What am I acting like, Zion!" He shrugged his shoulder and rolled his eyes.

"Jealous."

"Jealous off what?" I questioned, clapping my hands together.

"Of me and Audreyana."

"Oh that's cute."

"No, seriously ever since me and Audreyana been dating you've been acting jealous and clingy, how about you stop being a lonely ass bitch and find yourself a boyfriend and get off my ass!" He Screamed. He called me a lonely ass bitch.

"You know what I'm done. I'm done with this, and I'm done with you. Delete everything, my number, pictures, unfriend me on snap, unfollow me on Instagram, just delete me from your life, because to me your dead and you never existed."

"Bro, what throw away 13 years of friendship? it's a little petty fight we'll get over it." He said, taken back from what I've said

"No.. we won't, Leave and don't come back ever." I said and waited for him to leave.

"y/n, come o-" he started but I cut him off. "Leave!" I screamed. His eyes start to water and so do mine.

He turns to leave he climbs through the window and leaves. I quickly shut it, locking it. I closed the curtains and slid down the walls and balled my eyes out
