I guess you could say I hadn't really thought about his appearance. I really couldn't guess what Harlan- Harry, would look like. I was suspecting old, creepy, weird. But nowhere in my thoughts did I expect him to be good looking, never-mind handsome.

He was tall, plain and simple, my height only falling an inch or so below his shoulders. He was very muscular and broad shouldered and if that didn't scream intimidating then the two long sleeves of tattoos had too. Both of his large biceps completely covered in words, symbols, pictures, and unnecessary designs and managing to travel all the way down to his wrist, where a thick black watch sat at the end of the right one. He had a couple peeking up from his black t-shirt, but not too many. His jaw line was hard, stone like almost and his lips were rosy red with two piercings in the bottom one, but what stood out the most was his eyes. They were green, but they wern't the beautiful emerald that I had always envied from people, his were dark and devious, almost staring into me. Sitting on top of his head was a mop of brown, wave-like curls. Like said he had facial piercings, black snake bites on his bottom lip, black cyber bites mirroring each other, and a black metal bar running through his eyebrow.

Intimidating, would be an understatement. He had chills running down my spine and into my shoes. He scared me and I haven't even said a word to him since he saw me. We both kind of stood there, his presence intimating me and making my breath come out in short ragged breaths. He was the first to break the long silence.

"Arabella, I hate to be the bad guy here, but this is my room you're standing in front of" he rasped with his thick English accent. "And nobody's allowed in my room" he growled, making my grip on the door handles loosen.

"S-Sorry" I stuttered out probably to quiet to even be heard. I looked backed down at the floor in pure fright.

"C'mon, we are going downstairs to talk" he said, turning around beginning to walk away.

I watched his body move down the dark hallway, smooth and confidently. Now that he had taken a few steps away from me, I could finally breath a little. It was then he and I both realized I hadn't moved from my spot in front of his door. He turned around and looked at me with furrowed eyebrows. My eyes widened and my feet moved quickly across the hardwood closer to the scary man, but keeping my distance. He walked forward again once I was closer and kept his hands by his sides. He turned and walked down the stairs as I trailed behind like a lost puppy. No. I couldn't act this way around him, all scared and afraid.

I stood up straight and kept my chin high in the air. Confidence. I kept a straight face as we went down the large staircase. Once we made it down the stairs, I saw Caleb and Robert both sitting nervously in the living room. What happened when I was upstairs? Once we walked in both men looked up at me with a scowl.

"Where did you go? We said go to the bathroom, not take a nature walk" Robert snarled, standing from his seat on the couch. There goes my little confidence act, I shrunk back into my own skin and backed up a bit, away from the tall man.

"Well her walk ended when I caught he trying to get into my room" Harry sneered, raising his pierced eyebrow. I swallowed thickly and shot Caleb a look. He seemed to be back to his rude persona by the way his jaw and fists were clenched. "Next time, keep a better pair of eyes on her" Harry said, smirking slightly.
